Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the chicken recipe on the back of the catalog? Orange Chicken I think. It's from one of the Weekday Dinner Done recipe collections I know.
This month's newsletter has the white chicken chili recipe. The recipe sounds good to me, but I haven't tried it yet. I have a customer who is asking if you really put 3 whole heads of garlic in it. That sounds like a lot of garlic. Anyone tried it? Did you use that much garlic.
I have a host who is a working mom with a baby. Her show is Jan 20 and she will have lots of young working moms there. She wants to do power cooking chicken with the smokey black bean wraps, tortilla soup and stir fry. I figure I'll make and immediately serve all the meals and just explain at...
I've made this in the 12 in skillet many, many times and it's fantastic, but I was wondering if anyone has done it in the DCB. It's quick and easy in the skillet, but I was just thinking that it could stay warmer longer in the DCB and look nicer to serve from when we have friends over tomorrow...
I have nuked a whole chicken many times, with great sucess, but my DH purchased a cut up chicken! Anyone know how long and if there are any differences???
My mom can't find an older Pampered Chef recipe that is from about 15 years ago, long before I started in PC. She thinks it was called Chicken brunch ring. It has chicken, bacon and tomato and you make a crescent roll ring. Can anyone help me with it?
I am making this next Friday and the husband is a vegatarian, so the hostess would like me to leave half of the pizza without the chicken. Has anyone ever done this before and how did you do it and how did it turn out? Thanks in advance!!
Tonight I was experiencing with my PC stuff and seasonings and came up with this recipe. I'm not sure if there is anything official out there similar to this, but this is what I did:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
3/4 of a can of water
1 box...
Does anybody have the Casual Cooking cookbook handy? Mine has disappeared :( and we have really been craving the Cashew Chicken Stir-fry... I looked under recipes and tried to do a couple of searches with no luck and it's not on the PChef site. TIA!
I have a show today and planned on making the Chicken Fajitas in the DCB... the ones where you cut up the cooked chicken with the salad choppers. BUT I can't find where this recipe is!!! I've searched season's best AND done a recipe search on pc.com... I'm wondering if maybe it's in...
For the CYW theme show, how are you guys serving it?I'm going to do 4 different rubs and then cut them up. Should I serve them in 4 different bamboo bowls or on the small or large bamboo platter? I'm also doing bread w/ the dipping oils, so I'm wondering if I should put the cut up bread on...
okay, things are really, really tight for us right now and i have a host that doesn't want her october host benefit and said i could use it. i have the grill press already and really want the grill pan to do the cyw show. so here's the question: for those of you who have the grill pan/press...
I have the grill pan and press and was hoping to do a "chicken salad show". One that utilizes the grill pan & press, salad & berry spinner, mix measure & pour, some tools for the veggies and of course the large round bamboo bowl and tongs to serve it all. Do you all have any recipe ideas? I have...
ok - so my sister in law's show is on October 16. I emailed her some dessert recipes and she said she would like an actual meal...
she also called and said she needs me to send her more invitations and more outside order forms as she's used all 40 invites already and they have like a 200+...
I am almost certain that years ago I used to put 1 or 2 cans condensed soup (cream of mushroom or chicken), no water, and some chicken breasts or parts and cook it on low 6-8 hours.
Just the undiluted soup and chicken.
Does this seem right to anyone?
I have searched and searched and cant find this. I have a host who had this at a couple parties and she loved it and wants to do it for her guests. I cant find anything on this. If anybody knows the recipe would you mind sharing?? Thanks a bunch!
OK so I am making the Chicken Your Way and the Perfect Pasta (side dish that PC recommended to compliment the Chicken) for a show tomorrow night. I made the Perfect Pasta tonight and the noodles stick together and it wasn't very good. Any recommendations on what maybe I did wrong or what I...
Do y'all like The Barefoot Contesa as much as I do? Ina is such a great classic cook! When I watch the Food Network, I find myself trying her recipes the most.
I watched her make a roast chicken last week and decided to try it in the DCB. OMG this chicken is FABULOUS. It's not really a "show"...
Have a host on Thursday that wants "the recipe on the back cover of the catalog" for her show. I told her that would be no problem and then realized that I only have the first "Weekday Dinners-Done collection" and not the "more!" collection. Would someone be willing to type it up, or scan it...
Has anyone seen the new video on Consultant Corner--the one featuring the grill pan/press and chicken cutlets? I love it, and next month it will be available on Facebook.
One question for all you professional food service workers: the video shows the grill press on top of the RAW chicken...
I thought the video was cute and catchy, but sorry guys... it does not replace the baker at our shows!! I can't cook 4 chicken breast in my grill pan at the same time in 12 minutes! The grill pan is 2X as expensive as the baker and I can't make a $99 Deal with the grill pan
My host tomorrow night wants to make the new chicken enchilada pizza. she is going to have quite a few guests and i think we should make a quick appetizer or something to accompany. Any thoughts on a quick and easy side for this? Thanks in advance!
Ok...I have lots of chicken breast leftovers in the fridge to use, and I thought I'd try to make the Jerk Chicken Salad (SB S/S '07). A friend said it was delicious, and I have all of the ingredients except Pineapple Preserves. It calls for 2 Tablespoons of it for the dressing (mixed with...
I am making this at a show tonight. I have not made it before. Anyone have any tips for it? I'm also making the microwave pineapple upside down cake, which has been a huge hit at my shows.
