I have a customer who wold like to purchase a HWC Cake tester. However, she does not have a credit card and I don't have one associated with my business. Does anyone have a HWC Cake Tester to sell? I have paypal and can use that for payment.

For my second show, I'm doing the Loaded Baked Potato Soup in the DCB (my host has one, as do I), and thinking it might be fun to showcase the DCB for the pineapple upside down cake as well - show it's multiple uses, all in the microwave... trying to get bookings, so tempting guests with a host...
Please- I always did the DCB- But I am mad at it now....
So I will use the fluted pan that everyone can have :)
Help-

I want to buy either the round platter or the cake pedestal to serve skillet cakes on at my shows. It looks like, since the cake pedestal base is detachable, that would be the better choice, because without the base it is essentially a platter, right? So you basically get a dual-purpose item...
OK guys - I need some help.
I have tried 3 different recipes for the microwave cakes and it seems everytime they are significantly lacking in flavor.
What are your tried and true recipes for this? Maybe I've picked duds 3 times in a row.
I think it's a great idea but I've yet to have...
My daughter's 5th birthday is next week and she is having a princess party. She chose Belle as her Princess-of-Choice for her costume and the cake. I planned to make the batter bowl cake myself and turn it into Belle. I've read TONS of stuff on here about the cakes, but I'm a little bit ditsy...
Hey everyone,
Anyone made this? I want to make it for a bridal shower but probably should practice it 1st.
How did it taste?
Was it hard to do?
I have never had much luck with whipping my own cream, it never gets the nice peaks and always seems wilted when I get done whipping it. I...
I am practicing the batter bowl football cake but didn't remember until right before I put it in the oven that of course it needs to cool before I can decorate it! Can I put it in the fridge to speed this up a little?
Now that I know I'm making a football cake for my friend's baby shower, I need a good recipe. Something a little more than just a box, although probably not from scratch!
I'm throwing a friend's baby shower in October and we are looking at a football theme. I've always talked about doing a football cake in the batter bowl but have never seen one before! Anyone have any pictures, tips or recipes they would love to share (I'd like to do something more than just a...
Just wanted to share with you that we can use 1-1/2 c. of Devil's Food Cake mix from an 18.25 pkg. I've been searching all over this week looking for a Jiffy mix and gave up and started searching for a new recipe. Then I looked at the new f/w S/B recipe for Mini-Chocolate Tiramisu Cakes and in...
OK I've not posted before....wonder where this is going. I have someone that is looking for a recipe that has the following ingredients. The recipe is about 10 years old. Anyone have it? It has Chocolate cake, Evaporated milk poured on top, Caramel syrup poured over that Cool Whip over that...
This is a new flavor for me.. anyone have any suggestion what frosting to serve it with (it shows white) I have cream cheese (MY fave) or how to make a wow factor cake? :P Need to make it for a family dinner party. I have marchiaro cherries I think.. should I add that to the frosting as...
I've never done a cake in the Fluted Baker. Have done Keith's Warm Chocolate Fudge Cake aka the Lava Cake many times in the DCB.
Are there any tips microwaving the cake in the Fluted Baker? Any stumbling blocks? Anything I should know of in advance?
Thanks!
Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you know that the recipe calls for coffee
crystals(instant coffee). If you are like me and don't want to go out and buy a big jar to go stale before you use it, they have single serve packets, like the drink mixes and you only use what you need to and the...
I met a guest at a show right before conference who had a recipe for the retired Flan Pan Set. She said it was cream cheese, chocolate cake, peppermint...that's all she gave me. She thought it might have been on the use & care guide.
Anyone have any idea? I tried searching behind CC and...

Does anyone have the recipe on how to make the Barbie Cake in the lg Classic Batter Bowl??
I have a client who wants to make it for her daughter's birthday.
thanks
I made this with fresh crushed strawberries last night YUM!!! I used too much strawberries so it was a bit watery but still good.
mix in DCB 2 1/2 cups of strawberries and 1 cup of sugar nuke for 2-3 mins and stir then add cake mix and 1 stick of butter. YUM!!!
I know there are several ways to make the "Lava" cake that is such a big hit! I'm going to be hosting a "Raspberry and Chocolate" themed cooking show and I was wondering if anyone has tried adding raspberry filling to a Lava cake (much like adding the peanut butter AND chocolate frosting)?
I went to a party and these were a hit. I am hoping to make my own and have tried a few recipes I found online (not on chefsuccess) that were less than great.
Anyone have any tips or recipes for these delicious treats?
Thanks~
Lisa
Yesterday I made the "Hot Chocolate Trifle Cups" in "Simply Sweet." I think my eyes might have rolled back in their sockets it was so good. I was hoping a night in the 'fridge would make the second one taste yucky, but no luck so I ate that one too.
My boss loves red velvet cake so I wanted to...
Since I just got my DCB last week I have only made this once and it was good, but I found it a little sweet. Does anyone change the amount of brown sugar they use? Or does anyone use a combination of sweeteners; mix of honey/brownsugar or syrup/brownsugar?
I am doing a show on Thursday and as a second recipe we are doing the dump cake.
My host just informed me that she accidentally purchased Brownies instead of a chocolate cake mix.
I am not sure, as of yet, if it is cake like brownies or the fuggy type.
Does anyone know if Brownies will...
I just had a customer call me who made a blueberry dump cake in the DCB. It stained her baker pretty bad. I suggested she try a baking soda paste, but does anyone have any other stoneware stain removing tips??? TIA!
