I am wondering if anyone uses homemade pizza crust instead of the pilsbury ones for cooking shows, I love my homemade crust and want to add some of our itallian seasoning to it.
I think it would be less expensive as well.

I have a customer who lost the pizza dough recipe that came with her round stone. She loves the recipe and used it at least once a week. It uses quick yeast and it doesn't call for the PC dough mix. Does anyone have the recipe she is looking for? I would GREATLY appreciate it.

I was just reading his cookbook and he says to place a pizza stone in the oven while it's heating up on the lower rack. When it heats up and you open the oven and put your item in, the pizza stone will help it warm up to the right temperature quicker.
