What kind of dough do you use with the BBQ PP? I couldn't find any frozen dough and didn't want to use the Pillsbury-in-a-tube stuff because it's rectangular. I could've made homemade dough from scratch but that takes time so the first time I got a package of Wal-Mart's just-add-water stuff...
Besides the BBQ Chix Pizza recipe, what are you demming these days? I'm doing a show for a past host and she wants 3 different pizzas. I'm happy to do this for her, being a repeat host, she always gets a good turnout $$. Suggestions?

Ok. Someone please tell me you know where to find the recipe on the public website (new one) with the grill pizza pan? It shows mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and looks like a type of lettuce or green, maybe feta or something??Looks delish! Is it in the new grilling cookbook and I missed it...
We made the BBQ Pizza at our last meeting -- very yummy! But we had a problem getting the dough for the crust from the pastry mat to the pizza pan. We didn't have the Mega Lifters -- would that work? I think they ended up folding it over to move it, but that wasn't great b/c it stuck...

Is there any reason a customer couldn't buy the pizza grill pan to use in the oven? It would probably be at a lower temperature than what a grill could be, so I don't see why not. I tried to talk a customer into a stone for it, but she wanted the grill pan.
The recipes that PC has out for the BBQ Pizza Pan call for frozen prepared pizza dough. Do you think this is necessary? Is there any reason that we can't use the kind that comes in a pouch and you add water? Or the Pillsbury kind in a roll in the refrigerator section?

So my last show in February (during the stoneware month) I had 3 guests and my host buy the Large Round Stone, my hosts stone came damaged, one of my guests stone came damaged, and now one guest that received an OK stone, it broke after she made biscuits on it. I did all my product adjustments...
I had a recipe tasting last night. Great "reviews" on the Hawaiian Luau Pizza (I was absolutely surprised this was good), Chicago style hot dog bites, lemon cherry crumble cake & crispy zucchini fries. Had I not tried these, I probably would never offered them for a show. Don't judge a book...

I just had a customer ask me about the stoneware. She's been buying Pampered Chef for 20+ years.....and said the old stones you could not use with the self-rising pizza dough. (she just had one blow up in her oven!)
