OK this may sound silly BUT... Where do I find the guest order forms that have the monthly specials pictured on them? The ones in my kit just have a space to write them out.TY

I thought I saw somewhere on here about buying supplies as a customer instead through the supply order form. What does everyone do? I was wanting to buy some seasonings yes they are cheaper on the supply form but if I bought as a customer then I would be helping my host and myself with commission.
I know its still early May but I am getting packets ready for July shows.
Has anyone made a July OOOF yet? I haven't been able to make one as nice as the ones I find on here with the guest specials and all.....Thanks in advance to the creative soul willing to make one:)
I saw this last year but not for this year. It's like ordering girl scouts cookies but for only HWC Products. The prices include sales tax.
I reposted the file so I believe everything is corrected regarding product spellings, etc.
I used 6% PA sales tax for the prices.

I am doing 2 school fundraiser carnivals this month and was thinking about selling (primarily) cookbooks and spices. I saw a form on here somewhere but cant seem to find it now. Can someone post the link or the form so I can get it ready for this week end.

Does anyone have the second page of the OOF in a Word document? I always like to give that to the customer so they have the legal information and my contact information. I would like it in a Word document so I can add my contact information instead of using labels.

It seems like I remember someone posting an order form they had developed for a bridal shower... it was divided somehow for the orders of gifts for the bride and orders for the purchaser ... I have a friend who is doing a PC house warming party and she is looking for something like that order...
Here is my attempt at a sign-up/flyer for creating your HWC team. Here also is my "HWC ordering form" that took into account 7% sales & 7% shipping tax and then rounded up to cover shipping cost (this assumes that enough people were place orders to cover the $4 shipping per team member).

I am passing around the following order form at my work and my husband's work. I am turning the orders in as a fundraiser and remitting the fundraier profits to the Susan Komen Foundation.
I don't know if I'm staring straight at it, but I can't find the Your Life, Your Way DVD anywhere on the Supply/Paperwork order form! Does anyone know where it's at or what the number/price is???

I cannot decide which version of the order forms I prefer - the fill in or pre-printed. At first, I thought I'd prefer the pre-printed to make it easier for me to read (since some handwriting is completely illegible) but now I'm thinking it is just too much bulk. I also thought the advantage to...
