Does anyone have the OOF for Jan and Feb? They are not posted on Consultant's Corner yet, and I have host packets I need to get to my hosts for those months. Thanks!

I have a customer who wants to add a GC to a host's show...should they do it online, or on the order form? Do they pay shipping? I know that the recipient's info is asked on P3 - where will the GC ship to???? HELP and TIA!!!:confused:

Just sharing with whoever wants them. If using the O/O Form, change your state tax info. If using my host letters, be sure to notice the incentives I offer (just in case you don't want to do the same :)) (My apologies if this is a repeat post,,,,I've lost track of myself)

Is there a way to put in an electric order form for the supplies? I found the paper order form, but I don't want to send it in the mail. Also, the $36.00 expansion kit, can this be done on a supply order as well? Or does it have to be sent in seperately in the mail? Thanks!
