I am new to selling PC and new to the DCB. I love the baker so much, I've been selling quite a few. I want to make sure those that bought bakers get the most use out of them -- and I also want to use the heck out of it.
So ...what is your favorite DCB recipe?
P.S. If you haven't tried...
Here's another DCB microwave recipe... sounds good, can't wait to try it!
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake for the Deep Covered Baker
From Yvonne Deatherage
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices
Maraschino cherries

I know that our stones are hand made so no two are going to come out the same, BUT I just recieved my replacement Deep Covered Baker and it seems very different from my old one. I bought that one in 2007. My old base can fit inside of my new one! The new base seems more rectangle with sharper...
I know these are sizes listed on web site for baker.........
12 1/2" x 9 1/2" x 5 1/2", 13 cups, 3 qts.
My ?? is, or actually my hostesses, but how much bigger does my microwave have to be for it to turn???
I can't find the info for size microwaves they recommend.
What's smallest...
Hello all! A few weeks ago I posted about being in need of a DCB lid in cranberry and everyone said just call HO, they'll send out a whole new one. Well I have talked to HO twice now and first they said this was not a warranty issue and would not send out a new one. Then I spoke with my...
Well, I just tried something "new" to me with the DCB. A host of mine called to tell me how much she loves hers and what she uses it for. She said she is LOVING using it to "par-cook" meats that tend to dry out on the grill. She cooks them in the dcb for a couple minutes then throws them on...
I have tried both 30 minute chicken and pork tenderloin and neither if them were done at time recipe said still raw inside in some parts. Glad i did at home and not at a show. Any suggestions as to what happened and has anyone tried these
Hi everyone-
Does anyone have a copy of deep covered baker recipes that includes a ton of recipes. I know I had it in my files somewhere and I now cannot seem to find it. It had about 50 recipes. I looked through the files section but I do not see the one I had. I would appreciate any...
Good morning! Maybe I'm just missing it, but I can't find the deep covered baker lid on the replacement parts order form. My BFF just moved and hers was broken. Any help wold be appreciated...thanks!
Tonight I made corn on the cob in the DCB. It is another great use for the DCB. Here is how I did it.
I found 6 ears fit in the baker well. I added 1/4 cup water, and microwaved it for 15 minutes.
Just thought I would share.
Can someone explain to me what the Deep Covered Baker Combo is? I'm assuming you are grouping items together and throwing in a free gift. Can you please tell me what you're combining and what you're adding on for free?
Thanks!;)
My hostess from last night is trying to decide between the two. We have talked about the DCB have a lid and it is prettier.
Can the rectangular baker go in the microwave? Which is more versatile? The DCB is twice as much.
What do I tell her? HELP!!!
I have a sister consultant who is looking for the old Lid/Bowl for the Deep Baker...if you have one could you please contact Melissa at [email protected]
Thank You!
My deep dish baker is too big to fit in my micro. I was wondering if I could use another stone with sides and if that would work just as well. For example I have the deep dish baker. I was told for the 30min chicken you don't use the lid of the baker so maybe any stone that will fit in the...
I made up this flyer for a booth this sat. I plan to set it next to the DCB. It fits inside a 5x7 picture frame... you can get one of the clear stand ones at walmart for around a dollar...
Here is the flyer I made to highlight the DCB set. This is the idea that is fromt he thread incredble call. I thought I would post it on it's own so more people may see it...

Here is a recipe that I modified for the DCB. It is from Martha Stewart's website and she originally did it in a slow cooker. We all thought it turned out great. I like it because it is not a heavy pasta dish, but it is filling with the beans. If there are suggestions to making it let me...
Another consultant sent me a recipe that you can make a cake in the DCB and I had not heard this before...has anyone tried it? She sent me 2 different versions (recipes below)... a cobbler cake and a chocolate pudding cake. If anyone has any feedback on how these turn out I would love to hear...
My director asked me to do a short training segment on the dcb. Any suggestions on what I should concentrate on? or what format to use? I'm not going to be cooking as far as I know.;)
I LOVE my deep covered baker!!! I'm doing a power cooking demo tomorrow, and want to do the boneless/skinless chicken in the dcb in the microwave instead of the stove (I've only done whole birds- never breasts or thighs)......I heard 7 min per pound......do you have the lid on or off? Thanks!!!
Hi Everyone,
I LOVE my deep covered baker, but I'm wondering if anyone else made the Mexican Chicken Lasagna, and if so, did the enchilada sauce stain your baker like it did mine? I'm really disappointed. I even let it soak for a few days in really hot water changing out the water frequently...
Here is what I am stapling on all catalogs (especially those for book shows) It has helped tremendously in the sale of the baker. I have a book show closing out at $600.00. 3 bakers were sold straight out. Hope it helps

I have a friend who bought a stoneware piece that we no longer carry. It was before the Deep Covered Baker but similar to it. She says that you used to buy the Baker and then this separate piece could be used by it's self or as a lid for the baker? Sorry I haven't seen this before. Anyway...
I have a show tonight and will be doing the white chicken chili in the baker and would like to try and sell some of the bakers so I need suggestions for what you use it for - sorry don't have time to look around on here to see if another post is there any help please.
