So a friend of mine gave a little concert tonight at a local church, and we were all supposed to bring something for the reception afterwards. I brought the Greek Cheese Torta (which was by far the most popular thing) and placed some fall mini-catalogs next to it too. Well, I booked a show for...
Hey Becky, I just saw this recipe doing a search for brunch recipes, and I have some questions!
1) Are you still in your PJs??? (I am not!!) :D
2) How do you get the roll to stay rolled up before and after you slice it? Do you use toothpicks, or does it just stick to itself?
Well, now I...
I am considering doing the Cool Veggie Pizza for a demo soon and was wondering if anyone has ever tried it with a little grated parmesan on top? I have never tried the recipe before but I will use ANY excuse to whip out my Microplane Adjustable Grater at a party (LOVE IT!) and was hoping...
I got the recipe for Kraft foods.
I put saran wrap on top of the cream cheese, and rolled it out with the baker's roll on the SA square.
There's a sweet version I think I am going to take to church Sunday for our picnic.
Does anyone have any ideas? My host wants to have a theme show and would like to have a dessert to go with this great recipe. She will make it ahead of the show, but I must confess, I am kind of stumped...
What would you suggest for a dessert to go with it?
So, I usually don't like these "woe is me" posts, but I needed a bit of a sounding board from people who might know where I'm coming from.
The problem? I'm kinda tired of Pampered Chef! I shouldn't be, as I've only been doing this since February, but I am. It's not like I'm doing poorly at...
Hey guys! I'm a fairly new consultant and am excited about all the great things I can do in my micro cooker!! Has anyone ever made cheese dip in it? Like Rotel? I'm just curious if it turns out good!! I usually make mine in the crock pot! Thanks, guys!!
I have made these a few times for my dh to bring to work, but this weekend is the first time I will do it at a show.
Can you/do you use the white bulb part of a green onion? I always thought that you only use the greens. I just want to make sure so I look like I know what I am doing!!
Thanks...
I borrowed it from someone to use at a show tonight. The recipe say so use it for pecans grated on top. My ? is do I use the barrel with the larger holes or the smaller holes. I went to CC to the use and care guide and it doesn't mention nuts.
Any key wording/tips to selling them? This is my...

I have a customer who is ordering the mandoline and wants to know if it slices cheese well. I'm sure it slices it, but is it easy/smooth to do? Anyone know? She's definately getting it, but isn't sure if she should get the cheese knife too??
does anyone have tips for doing this recipe at a show? My host picked it from the real food real fast list.
I prepared it tonight for my family and it seemed to have a lot of down time (cracking 12 eggs, baking time...)
Has anyone had success with this recipe. IF so, any hints or comments...
I'm getting request for a "Crunchy Cheese Dip" supposely was a PC recipe about 10yrs ago. Long before I signed up. Anybody have a clue what they are talking about?
Just found this recipe in the Main Dishes book and was wondering if anybody has ever made it? And did you have trouble rolling up the eggs?
Lookes yummy and an easy way to feed 8 people.
I know a while back I saw a thread about this, but I can't find it.
I am taking this tonight for our monthly cluster meeting, and I wanted to take some crackers instead of the french bread to serve with the Cheese Torta.
Any recommendations on some good crackers to go with this??
Hey guys :) I have my opening tonight, and I practiced the recipe twice so far. Each time, it goes fine - until it comes to cutting the pizza... its a pain in the arse - that I wound up getting a fork and knife cutting it up myself. I was wondering if theres any tips to cut it?
Also, does...
I have a customer that only eats "organic" food and she is very cautious about everything. When I did her show, I shared with her guests that buying block cheese was better than the shredded. For one it's more economical and another reason (tip I got from here) is that there is a preservative...
What you see in the title is the description I have of a recipe a customer is looking for. Does this ring a bell with anyone? (I've only been in the business since Nov '06, so I'm pretty sure this was a featured recipe before then.)
I love the taste of this recipe. A cluster mate of ours brought it for our Recipe Sampling we had. I was considering using it as a Spring demo recipe but was wondering if it is better prepared in advance. Has anyone prepared it at a show as the demo?
I am not crazy about grating cheese on the mandoline - it takes a lot of muscle and this is evident during my shows. I hate having people try it out. And this is after freezing the cheese for 15 minutes too. My husband had me spray the front and back of the mandoline with nonstick spray -...
Does anyone have a picture of ham and cheese brunch squares that does not include the 'real food real fast' logo? that is the only one I can find on CC. I am giving the recipe with my potluck dish (ham and cheese brunch squares of course) this Saturday for a ladies brunch :)

Does anyone here have a low fat macaroni and cheese recipe that can be made in your crockpot. I have so much cooking to do for this weekend :chef: and I'd like to just throw the macaroni together and not have to worry about it. Thanks.
Of course, my friend wants one now that they are discontinued. She lives in TX and she went to my website to check out knives. The bistro set is pictured with the bamboo reversible cheese board, and thats the one she wants! So, I figured before I told her that they weren't available, I would...
