glue them on and the put puffy gold/red (whatever color you like) fabric paint around the pic
and make sure you send some mini lights with it

When you get to post 850 you get a star by your name. They call it a stripper star. I guess at 1700 your star gets a yellow color and you're not a stripper anymore. It's just the number of posts you've made.
