The scrapers have a date stamp on them?? nice to know!

Almost all the products have date stamps. It is a little circle with an arrow. The numbers 1 to 12 are around the edge of the circle and the arrow points the the number of the month of manufacture. There is a number beside the arrow stem- this is the year of manufacture. I hauled out a scraper to make sure I told you right. It is from 12/05. There are date stamps on the mandoline, chopper, cheese grater- i havent found a plastic tool that doesnt have one.
