I threw this together last nite to try and increase some bookings (specifically catalog shows for Nov.). Wanted to keep it simple and something I knew my email customers would actually open and look at...I sent it out via email last nite around 11pm..by 11:24pm I had one response saying she...
I'm trying to decide which to use at my show Tues. night, the bar pan or my round stone with the metal rack? I don't have the stone with handles. When I made it at my open house, it felt cramped on the round stone. And the metal rack doesn't look that pretty compared to the stone w/ handles...
I'm looking for a simple apple recipe that I can make ahead of time on a pizza stone or a bar pan. This will be my first show. I'm doing 3 chicken recipes - using the beef ones and substituting as someone else did. I tested them and they were great. I'd like to have a dessert already made to...

I have a past host that needs a receipt from 9/2007 for her stone that broke. I only have PP3 sales receipt dated 03/2008. Do you think that HO will accept this?
I have a customer who wants to bake a meatloaf in the fluted stone, I have had other people mention they do this as well.....does anyone do this or know about how long you would cook a 1lb or 2lb meatloaf in this stone? at what temp? Would you do as you normally would in any other pan?
Thanks...
So, today was one of my co-worker's birthday...the other day I had asked her if she was having a cake, to choose a flavor....
I went and got the ingredients for the triple chocolate microwave cake to make at the office today, since we had a group going to lunch to celebrate the birthday...
I am about to make a pie for the first time using stone pie plate. Is there anything special I should know before I use the stone?
Is stone any better than a regular pie plate?
TIA
I had a host call tonight and tell me about one of her guests that purchased a pizza stone and it exploded right in the oven!
I am a really new consultant and have been cooking on mine for years. Thank goodness the guest had said the same thing....they have had them before and knew it was...
I'm not sure what it is really called. BUt a past hostess really wants to replace her Heritage mixing bowl with a blue band or paint around the middle and it has a handle. she really wants to replace it . Please let me know if anyone has something like this. I can pay via paypal or send a CC...
I just put in an adjustment for my round stone with handles since it broke at my show last night and she told me it would take 2-3 weeks until I receive it! It has never taken this long for items I use at shows. Many of my recipe choices use this!!! Ahhhhh!!
Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping someone has one of these available to sell. Of course, I let this customer know they were discontinuing, and now that they are no longer available to order at all, she's ready to order! So, if you have a new one, I'd love to buy it from ya!
Thanks,
Jane :)
I don't want to put this on CS or on another part of this forum b/c I don't want to start a thread where all the "negative nellies" over at CS can take over.
What is your HONEST opinion of the Large Round Stone with Handles?
I've had a higher than usual breakage rate on this stone and from...
A very nice woman has contacted me because her bar pan broke. She bought it about 2 months ago by a different consultant who isn't returning her calls. This lady has spent a lot of money with me since then and I want to impress her. How do I go about getting her a new stone?
Well, add another stone breaking in the oven. I know that I had read about it on here and I have cringed everytime I sold one. I got a customer email today that said hers broke in the oven. I feel so bad when stuff like this happens. Hers is from a show in april. I know they'll take care of it...
I have a customer who wants to exchanger her medium sized stone pan to a large one. How does this work? She ordered it but its smaller then she thought.
thanks
Hello Everyone!! I am ISO the Small Round Stoneware! I saw it in the Fall/Winter 2007 catalog, before I became a consultant, & wish I had gotten it then!! TIA!!
~Kim~:chef:
One of my co-workers just told me she has a medium bar pan that someone bumped against something and broke a corner off of it and she wants to return it. She remembers going to a show where the consultant said you could return products for any reason and get a replacement. It never would have...
Ok. I have a host that LOVES Stoneware and she has been telling some of her friends about how great it is. Most of them aren't super farmiliar with PC and almost none have stones.
So, we thought that we would showcase the Stoneware. We themed it Stone Age. I will be demoing other products but...
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone is having problem with clients who get their lg round stone with handle breaking in their oven. I've had 3 client that it's happened too and one of them happened 3 times!  She's so dissappointed that she don't even want a replacement but a different...
Trying to help a Director friend of mine...
I am looking for a recipe that I think has cornbread in it and chili-ish or taco-ish stuff in it. It is made in the fluted stone, I think. It has been requested for a show on Sunday. Anybody have any clue what I am talking about?
I did try...
I got another call yesterday from a past host-guest whose round stone with handles broke in half! This is the 7th stone of the 13 I have sold since it's premiering! That's just horrible odds! :(
Anyone else have this problem with Soo many!???
A friend told me that her husband washed her stone with a green kitchen sponge. Now the stone is green. She's convinced it's ruined. I've not had my hands on it to see if it's just particles of the sponge that need to be washed off.
Anybody experience this before who can tell me if it's...
So this is funny...DH is getting into this stuff...
He was talking to a guy at camp who wants to try making a pizza on a stone and see if he likes it then buy one. So, DH calls me up to see if I'd part with my large round stone for a bit so this guy can try it out. He then told him that he...
Ok, not the most brilliant thing I've ever done, but I used my green potholders to take my round stone with handles out of the oven, and now my stone handles are green too! It looks horrible, and I can't get it out. I've tried the baking soda paste, didn't do a thing... how can I get my stone...
I'm sure one of you knowledgeable cheffers out there has the answer I'm looking for, so here's the question...I have a white cake mix and was thinking about making a micro-cake in the fluted stone, but I thought I heard white cake was like the only one that wouldn't work for that. Is that true...
