I have the original case with the replacement pen insert and the 3 batteries for the "Dream Team" Pen that we earned as an incentive a while back.
I lost the pen (UGH!) and would like the pieces to go to a good home.
Asking $3 to cover cost of shipping.
I have a past guest that informed me that her handles on her rectangular chilzanne have broken off. She bought this last year and I was wondering if they are still honoring the guarantee on these items. I could call, but she just asked me and I told her I would try to find a quick answer.
I know this is a long shot but does anyone have a pedestal for the trifle bowl they are willing to sell. I have someone that contacted me that received one as a gift and the base broke. PC does not offer it is a replacement piece - which is too bad. Let me know. Thank you. Brenda
I had someone come up to me at the vendor event yesterday and ask me if there was a way to replace the bottom (rubber cap part) of the food chopper.
Is that a replacement part that I can order? how do I go about doing that?
Hi Ladies,
I have a customer who purchased the rectangular baker back in January at one of my shows.
She misplaced the "use & care" instructions and I was wondering where I could find that if it's posted anywhere....or should I just call HO?
Thanks!
AJ
How do replacement parts ship?
It appears to be a longer tracking number than FedEx.

Did a cooking show on July 12. Two of the lrg round stones with handles came in broken. One stone was the host's and the other was on an OSO. So I did the adjustment online, and new stones were shipped to the host, and she received labels to return the broken ones. So at this point I think...
I had a guest ask about the "padded" things that keep the clamp from scratching the surface it's attached to. Is this the rubber pad on the replacement form? I've never actually seen one in person!
I have a past host that needs a receipt from 9/2007 for her stone that broke. I only have PP3 sales receipt dated 03/2008. Do you think that HO will accept this?
I know it can be ordered on the replacement order form, but I seem to recall you guys saying something else could be used.
Can ya help me out?
And is that other piece good for the new EAD or just the older version?
I have a host who somehow managed to break the slider part of the food holder. On the replacement parts form it just has "Food Holder" and looking at the diagram in the use and care, it's a bit confusing. They have the whole sliding unit labeled as "Food Holder" and also just the oval part...

So at a show I had in Dec., two gals bought the round stone with handles. Both of them broke. I replaced the first one in February. Well, just got a call, it broke again. Now the customer is ticked and said she doesn't want a replacement, she wants something else. Will HO do that?
Got my replacement ones over the weekend. I got 2 small ones and 1 big one which I think is right- I did qualify for some level of freebies too. Glad to have that behind us. I love having no stop sells.
Here's a couple questions I got that I can't answer:
Do the lids for the new set fit the bowls of the old set? Is there a significant improvement in the quality of the new lids over the last ones?
I thought they were sending out replacement sheet pans last week? I have not received an email or anything about my whopping 2 customers who purchased the sheet pans. Should I call HO?
A guest at my show today asked me about the Apple Peeler/Corer/Slicer. She said she bought hers 4-5 years ago and after the first time, the prongs broke on the front. She tried calling the consultant at the time but the consultant told her she was getting out of the business and didn't want to...
