Can anyone point me in the direction as to where I find out how much a host earns in free product over $1000? I just had a show that is at $1100 with about 6 orders still to come in. I had no idea how much to tell her she was at and I'm not sure on CC where I find such info.

I did my first one today - online. For a DCB. It said that it didn't need to be returned. I used the customer's address in the adjustment - does that mean they'll just ship her a whole new one? So she can keep them both!? And my work is done!!??
Also - I did one a minute later for myself...
So, I ordered the wrong DCB for my hostess. :grumpy: I have talked with the solution center and they are sending a complimentary FedEx pick up to her address. Does she need to address this box?

I have a customer who has the trifle bowl (purchased it this past April) and wants to exchange it for the DCB.
It hasn't been over a year, so can she exchange it? I know she has to pay the difference and shipping etc..
Can it also be done if she has used it? Not sure if she has or not...
