I had a customer talk to me today about the handle coming off of her Chef's Knife. She bought this knife from another consultant and she no longer has the receipt. Is there anything I can do to help her? I'm not sure how to do this being as I am still new to PC. Thanks in advance.

I had a customer at my last show who said she has the utlity knife with sharpening case and she sharpens it all time, but it is dull. Has anyone heard that before? She was wondering how she should get it sharpened. Any suggestions??? :o
