After 9 months of struggling to clean my lodge grill pan between uses, and smoking up the house every time I tried to use it, where I could never get it completely clean after use, I finally broke down and purchased The Pampered Chef grill pan, especially after the "chicken your way thing".
I...
In the infamous "Chicken Your Way" video users are told to pre-heat both items. We're shown the cast-iron Grill Press resting in the Grill Pan (with magical if not delicate non-stick coating) while it preheats.
Uh ... I already have two "guests" who have scratched the Grill Pan with the...
I got mine yesterday & was SO excited!! I tried it with filleted pork chops last night. It was ok. Right now I am cooking hamburgers. And I gotta say... I'm not impressed :( I get a lot of juices & the meat is simmering in the juice. Much prefer my SS pans. Am I doing something wrong? I *really*...
Hello! My grill pan & press comes in today and I already have 5 ppl that want to try this show! But is there anywhere that gives us a shopping list to forward to them? Or has anyone made one up? Thanks so much!
I would like to get either the grill pan/press or the 12" skillet but can't decide which one would be best to add to my kitchen to use for cooking shows. Which pan do you think would get more use in cooking shows and bookings?
I really want to grow my business.
Thanks.
I have the grill pan and press and have NEVER used it (Sad, I know). I really want to do steak for DH when he comes home late next week but I don't know how.
Please make sure you include details (like do i need to use the meat tenderizer, etc) if possible. I'm a klutz in the kitchen. :)...
Has anyone seen the new video on Consultant Corner--the one featuring the grill pan/press and chicken cutlets? I love it, and next month it will be available on Facebook.
One question for all you professional food service workers: the video shows the grill press on top of the RAW chicken...
Hey all,
I just got off the phone with someone that I met at a fair. He wants to to a grill show at his church with about 15 other guys. He wants to demo all the BBQ tools and they are a steak and potato type guys!
I have been doing potato packs for a long time (red potatoes with Italian...
I'm about to submit a show and would like to add either the BBQ Grill basket or tray and a couple of rubs to it for my son's teacher. I don't have either since we don't grill anything but meat so I have no idea if this is a good gift or not (if she ends up like me and doesn't grill other...
I did a grill show Tuesday ( the same show that I did last week) and I am having a TERRIBLE time getting the grill tray clean!! The only difference between the two shows is the most recent one we used PAM on the tray prior. I have soaked it, scrubbed it with the brush and have gone through 3 SOS...
This is the bag you could purchase to store all of your grill tools in. It has a zipper pouch inside to put matches, etc. and then it will zip all the way closed.
Asking $12, plus shipping.
Does anyone have any of these recipes? I am sure in my home there is a copy buried deep somewhere!! (no, I am not going to be featured on an upcoming show...yet!!!)
I loved the bow tie pasta recipe. There were others as well. Have been in over 10 years now and I think these recipes were...
I am fairly new to PC (I started in January). I've been asked to do my first show with a grilling theme. Does anyone have any great recipes that they love, are easy, and affordable? I don't have the grilling recipe book yet, but plan to add it to my kit building order I'll be placing in the...
I do not own the Grill Press, but had a customer ask if she could use it on her outdoor grill--I know that it goes well with the Grill Pan. She can use it on her grill, right?
Do you think that the grill tray will be safe under a gas broiler oven? I had a customer ask tonight and since I can't call HO till monday I figured I would ask here. The use and care doesn't say no. I would think that it would be fine since it can be used on direct heat on the grill.
Any...
When I was making dinner tonight, I used the Grill Pan to grill my shrimp (turn out awesome!). When I removed the shrimp, the pan was smoking a bit so I removed it from the burner and set it on the counter... normally I put it on a trivet/hot pad or oven pad. Not thinking, I set it on a...
This is so embarrassing. :blushing:
I just can't seem to cook a slab of meat in the grill pan correctly. Every time I attempt to grill some chicken breasts, they take forever to cook and then they end up dry.
How do you use the grill pan? I'm great at cooking chopped up meat...
trying to decide on investing in grill pan or knife block with 60% off.
do you guys that have either , actually take them to shows? they would be so heavy but I don't want to buy anything that I won't use and show and get more sales for.
thanks for the info.

I had a show yesterday.....the past host wanted to order the grill pan for her special...the number HW80 will not work. I have tried everything and it still will not allow her to order. Is there something I am doing wrong???
It's a little off season, but a customer of mine would like some ideas of things to do with the grill basket they just ordered! I am a new consultant and haven't used one yet. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Does anyone know offhand how much the grill press weighs? I have a customer that has problems lifting heavy objects and was wondering the weight on this item.
Thanks
I have an executive Grill Pan and Grill Press that I just dont use very often at all. If you would like to make me an offer that would be great. I would love to trade for a 11'' square griddle and something else to value if possible.Let me know if you are interest at [email protected]
I remember a while back someone talking about a recipe for pizza on the grill, I have a customer looking for something like this and cant remember where I seen this. can someone help please
thanks
I've had my grill pan for about a year now. It's hard for me to say I don't like something PC, but I really just don't like this pan very much. And no, it's not for the reason most people think -- I have no problems with cleanup with it. I use the Kitchen Brush and it's fine.
I just don't...
I have a grill party coming up soon (which I have never done before) and at first the host wanted an all hands on show which I agreed to, but now she has decided that she wants all the food prepared ahead of time and ready to serve for when her guests arrive! So basically I am setting up a...
Are you guys familiar w/ Mr. Yoshida's teriyaki sauce? Many years ago, I had a friend make me teriyaki chicken once that was just sooooo good. I asked her how she made it and that's what she said she used. I bought some a long time ago and tried to make some and it just wasn't as good...
