Just wondering what everyone thought of the grill pan. It looks really nice. I was thinking about ordering it and the panini press. I love panini's. (I'm not sure if I spelled that right, too tired to check the spelling now.LOL):blushing:

Heyas. Either I am blind or I can't read, but I can NOT find anything to tell me the best and safest way to clean our Grill Cleaning Brush.
Tips anyone? :D
Thanks!

I have a recipe for for a southwestern chicken grill pizza, but my host is not too thrilled about it. She doesn't want to do traditional pizza toppings - something different. Any ideas for grill pizzas?
I don't have one of these, but I just came across some great ideas in a cookbook for a panini press. Well, I'm sure ours would work just as well. How about grilled doughnuts--the book says grilling sugar cake doughnuts develops an "irresistably crispy, caramelized crust." It also mentions...
I am fixing salad tonight at a show. I have the chicken marinating in jerk seasoning and itailian dressing. When I practiced this recipe I grilled the chicken, but my host doesn't have a grill so do you think I could cook it in the mircrowave. Or should I use the saute pan?
i am placing through an order this evening and adding a few things for myself to get me up to the $3000 June incentive level (woo-hoo!). The item in question right now is the grill press. I've never had one before but do use a grill pan frequently enough (I'm actually replacing that too with...
I have a show tomorrow night and we are doing the Alaho Pizza. The host is thinking of getting the Grill Pan.
I thought about taking mine and grilling the pineapple in it while the pizza is cooking. And then serving the pineapple in a SA bowl and people can choose whether or not to add it to...
I have a host that wants to Grill. I am not a griller but willing to do this for her, she is a griller. Anyway she doesn't eat steak so I was wondering if anyone has made the patio party fajitas. Would they be good with chicken instead of steak?? Are they easy to make??
My host for tonight just called me to tell me she wants to use her George Forman grill for tonight's show. She said it is the "big round one"....not sure what this means..... I have never cooked on a George Forman grill before... so PLEASE HELP!! Any recipe ideas...
I need help I have a half-priced option or FPV froma show to use. Which do you find the most versatile. I like the idea of the panini's and the tortatinis but the skillet cakes look good too. The only piece of cookware I have is a small saute pan
What should I get???? In a perfect world...
SIGH.... I was doing a demo last night with the Jamaican Jerk Chicken. I had done the chicken ahead of time when I arrived and was doing the demo and turned the burner on to do the pineapple... got distracted by 2 questions back to back and the pan got ... shall we say...HOT... BIG SIGH ... I...
Ok.. So I have a customer who really likes the shape of the tongs that come with the grill pan but doesn't want the grill pan.
Does anyone know if and where I can find the tongs by themselves?:) I thought they were the same as the Salad tongs, but no, I was wrong....So now I wanted to find...
Saw in an old Cook's Illustrated magazine, where they rated our Grill pan at the top (would have been #1 if you didn't have to go through a PC consultant to buy :( ), that they also recommended the George Forman grill cleaner pad.
I noticed some 'grunge' in the creases of my pan the other...
Just wanted to share a super easy and DELICIOUS recipe for grilling. I did this this at a survivor/grill show and it came out amazing.
Brush uncooked shrimp with the basil oil and then rub them with the basil citrus rub. Grill using the skewers (or directly on the grill).
Products used...
What RECIPES do you all suggest??
Since we are coming out with the Salad Spinner...I"m thinking Grill chicken and slice it (with Santoku of course!) to top the salad>...
And for those not wanting to hold the show out on the deck with the grill... use the Grill pan inside...
Any favorite...
Just got this from my upline....feel free to use it & sell those grill pans!
check it out, Cooks Illustrated rated your grill pan one of the tops! Use that in your next schpiel! AMAZING :)

I want the Grill Pan. I have wanted it since I saw it. LOL How much can you cook on it and how often do you use it? I have Pampered Dollars and I am thinking about using them but I am not sure.
So, in theory, should it take as long to grill on the grill pan indoors that it takes to grill on an outdoor grill? I'm asking b/c I've grilled chicken on the grill pan before, but never really paid attention to how long it took. I'm wanting to grill some pork tenderloins this evening for...
Does anyone have some recommendations for outdoor grill recipes? I have a show this month that is a survivor theme with quite a few guys there.
My host's husband really likes the idea of the survivor challenges, but would like to incorporate the grill somehow (versus making rings or...
I have a customer who just got the grill pan and said she's having a problem with the food burning because the fat goes to the bottom of the pan. I don't have one of these pans, so I didn't know what to tell her. Any suggestions?
Does the exec grill pan have the flared edges for dripless pouring?? What makes it different from the prof?? I know about the temp differences and non-stick inside and out, anything else different?
Hi, trying to decide which pan I should get. The grill or square griddle. Can you make french toast in the grill pan? I wish the walls were higher in the griddle.
Thanks for your opinoin.
I sold a grill pan and grill press and the customer needs recipe ideas for it. I don't want to disappoint her. Any ideas will be appreciated. What ideas do you have?
OK, I'm a little frustrated that a lot of the recipes in the new cookbook call to use the executive grill pan & press. I was NOT planning on buying this item, but it looks like I'm going to have to in order to do the proper demos. If I were just doing this myself, I would cook the paninis and...
