I had a guest at my show last night who really wanted to know what cookbook a certain recipe was in. I made the Chicken Enchilada Ring but she had one before that she LOVED. All she can remember was the it was the ring with chicken, garlic, and cream cheese. Does anyone know what filling this...
I had someone ask me if we sell those stone looking thingys that you are supposed to rub & the garlic smell comes off your hands.... I said I did not think we sold them, but wanted to double check here.
Thanks!
PS: I told her with our garlic press, there is no need to touch the garlic, so no...
I rec'd an Online Activity email today showing that someone ordered a garlic press. When I go to my shipment page it shows that they are one of those people who prefers not to be contacted (no biggie) but that their order totalled 33.39 - but they only ordered a garlic press...how could tha tbe?
I have a host who wants to do either the roasted garlic spread or the Italian olive salad and she was wondering if it goes good with regular crackers so she doesnt have to heat up her house to much if someone who has done this recipe please let me know thanks

Has anyone made this? Can you make it ahead? Should it be chilled or served warm? I was going to take it with me to a cluster meeting but wanted to make it ahead of time.
I am making the garlic bites for this weekend and I don't have the small saute pan. Has anyone done these in one of the stones?
I am going to try it tonight in the oval baker (that's the smallest stone I have) and see how they come out. I was just wondering if anyone else had tried it...
I love the demo of making the garlic bites or the apple cinnamon bites (pull apart bread) in the small saute pan with the Grands biscuits. I want to double this recipe for a bigger brunch-themed show I have coming up. Do you think I could do this in the 10" Professional Covered Skillet? Has...
Hi all!
I made the Roasted Garlic Spread, one of the new recipes for Spring. The recipe says to use the Nylon Masher to mash the beans. DON'T BOTHER! It was not working at all. Use the pastry blender instead. It worked very quickly and easily! Happy Cooking!
I just got my kit in October and I've noticed since then my garlic press has the paint or coating scraped off on the inside. Has that happened to anyone else? I've only had 3 shows and I don't use it everyday. Should I send it back and request a new one?
Thanks,
HJPChef
A guest at a show asked if we had a garlic roaster. I said no, but I was sure that our stoneware would work for the task. Just wondering if anyone knows how to roast garlic in our stoneware.
Thanks!!
Hi,
At Leadership Conference, people were talking about the recipe for Garlic Bites baked in the Small Saute Skillet. Does anyone have this recipe and do you double it for larger crowds?
Thank you.

Hello, all! I'm new to the PC family and I was wondering if anyone has had this happen to them when using the garlic press: green garlic. I purchased fresh garlic from the supermarket, broke off a clove and stuck it into the press (I did not peel it). When I gave it a squeeze and scraped it...
I tried the garlic press for the first time on Firday and don't think I did it right - i think I left too much paper or had the paper feeding the wrong way.
I tried again yesterday and my mom was over and practically peeled all of the garlic skin off - buit I read to keep it on.
Ald the lemon...
I love making fresh garlic butter. I soften a stick of butter, press 1-2 cloves of garlic and mix well. I put into a prep bowl and keep in my fridge. It smells and tastes great. Makes THE BEST Grilled cheese, especially on the GRILL PAN!
