I just read Heloise in today's paper and someone wrote in that she uses her garlic press to crush her dog's pills as the dog won't take the pills mixed with food etc and using the garlic press the dog doesn't really know that the pill is in the food dish with its food. Heloise wrote back...
The garlic press I received in my consultant kit is chipping, the protective coating they coat it with is whats chipping on it. How do I go about getting it replaced? My first show is on 9/29 can HO get it to me by then do you think? I've never placed and order or had to return anything yet to...
I loathe peeling garlic, and I am making the Creamy One Pot Pasta at 2 shows this weekend (today and tomorrow). While I was at Costco this morning, I picked up a tub of whole peeled garlic cloves. Hooray!
Unfortunately, it's ginormous. I was already planning to make the Microwave White...
Does anyone know how much one clove of garlic is? Is it the whole little head looking thing or just one of the sections?
I'm going to fix 2 of the Power Cooking recipes & want to make sure I don't use too much or not enough.
What would make a Garlic Press snap in half at the skinny part of the handle?
Would NOT removing the skin between cloves and pressing REALLY hard cause it to break? I have NEVER seen a broken one.
I've had this problem since I've had it:
Ya know the thing that's supposed to remove the skins from the press? Well, mine won't stay on the press when I'm storing it! Only way it comes close to staying on is if I'm not storing it with the hopper in the right place. I've come close to losing...
I'm doing a Mystery Hostess party/open house this afternoon. I'm going to make the smashed potato soup and put it in my crockpot (No oven), and then I wanted to make these yummy sounding garlic bites to go with them. Has anyone made them and served them a couple hours later, or eaten them...
I have searched through all the files for the garlic bites-- and nothing says what size saute pan you are using? Or if its SS or Exec? I am doing the Pork Tenderloin tomorrow, and was looking for a quick complement to it. Thanks!
I have a show on Saturday with 25 people coming. We're doing the BBQ Pork Tenderloin Salad in the DCB along with Garlic Bites. We are doubling the recipe. I do have two Exec 8" saute pans, but I thought I'd try it in the SS if I could.
Has anyone tried it? Does it work? Do they stick...
Someone mentioned this recipe the other day. I made it last night for dinner and let me tell you...not only is is EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASY but it is so amazingly delisious!!!!!
We served it with Brussel Sprouts and Cheesy Polenta. My kids even gobbled it up!!
I went heavy on the rosemary and I...
ok, I made the garlic bites tonight. I printed the recipe from here but I think I was supose to stir the garlic and italian seasoning mix with the dough before placing in the oven. The garlic/italian seasoning was clumped on the bottom. My other mistake was after I took it out of the oven I...
I don't know if this will help you sell anymore Grill Pans, but I am in love with this method... last night I didn't feel like heating up the kitchen by turning on the oven to make garlic bread, so I cut my bread into 1 inch slices, brushed with melted butter/crushed garlic and placed them into...
I was just thumbing through the F/W Consultant News. On Page 18 there are (2) recipes and one is the Garlic Bites. It says melt 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER in Executive Saute Pan. I have done these a number of times and have used 1 STICK OF BUTTER. ?????
Hoping for a quick answer (have a grill show in a couple hours!):
Has anyone tried coating chicken with garlic oil and then rubbing in the sweet and smokey rub?
I do the basil oil and citrus/basil rub combo a lot, but haven't tried the s/s rub with the garlic oil.
Just thought I'd...
I saw one of these in Tupperware today. A friend is having a show and I am thinking of adding this to my order.
Does anyone know if Walmart has one before I add it? TW is $9.00.
I am thinking it would be neat to be able to keep my garlic fresher for longer. This would be great for PC to...
The host for my party tonight has a garlic press but she can't find the part that cleans it. Does anyone have one of these they don't mind getting rid of?
Thanks,
Donna
I have a customer that needs the cover/cleaner thing for the garlic press. What is the code to be able to order that? I looked on PamperedChef.com and couldn't find it. I know we are able to order replacement parts.
I just want to start by saying, I am THRILLED that we have this oil now. I didn't care much for the basil oil but used to use garlic oil from Wildtree Herbs. Here is one of my favorite ways to use it. I'm going to demo this at our next Cluster Meeting.
Take your Executive grill pan and place...
This stuff is great! it smells wonderful! I used it on a sald and it was good. It did not have a strong taste to it, but it was tasy enough to use as a dressing. And it has no carbs, so, it is great for watching the carbs.
Are we limited to how much we can by on our supply order each month or...
I have a host that is wanting a soup and slipper show. She also wants to have a desert. We are having the Lazy Lasagna Chili and Garlic Pull Apart Bread. What desert do you suggest to go with that?
Hello ladies! I have a show tonight, and (long story) I'm out of beer bread! I had seen someone mention a garlic pull apart bread recipe. I wondered if any of you had an easy bread recipe that would go along with the Lazy Lasagna Chili?? I need to go get the items in a bit, and need...
Any idea why my garlic tool wont fit the press? I had to replace the "scraper" and it wont fit. I'm not sure if the press had been changed. I just started in June.
Thanks.;)
I just used them for the first time.
My daughter and I made them (rolled them) for the lasagna we fix tonight and they are delicous.
Has anyone tried them with the recipes (rings) we fix for our shows?
Would that be too much garlic or would we just not put garlic in the recipe...
is anyone else having this problem? The coating on my garlic press is beginning to flake off. I am concerned because I sell a ton of these. (Just sold 5 to a friend for her holidays!)
