I know that when I practice PC recipes, the ingredients are tax-deductible.
I thought I read on here that I can test each recipe TWICE. Is that twice a YEAR or twice forever?? So if I tested Asian Pork Skillet twice last year, can I test it twice again this year and write-off the ingredients...
This is my least favorite part of my 'job' ...deciding what to do at a show!
I usually do one appetizer and one dessert...one is ready before guests come, and the other I demo.
I just feel fresh out of ideas.
thanks.
I have a host (the show is THIS Thursday) that has not liked any of my recipe choices for a Bites and Bevs theme show.
What are your favorites to demo? I'm trying to take into account products used, crowd pleasing, bake time etc.
A good friend of mine recommended the Hot Brocolli Dip. I...

I am debating on taking this unit out of my bag and not bring it with to every show! I can only get it to work 1/2 the time! I want to start bringing less with me so I want to narrow it down to:
cookware, stoneware, SA and basics I use in a recipe. Do you always demo the UM? Just curious? I...
I'm making the featured brie recipe for a host tomorrow evening. She requested it. She has however asked me to do half without the nuts. Will the recipe turn out ok without the nuts? Hs anyone seen the recipe demoed where the jalapeno pepper is cut into a flower shape and placed on top of the...
I am curious how long your demo last? And how early do you arrive at the host house???

I wanted to know what everyone's fave recipe to demo is so far this fall selling season??? And what products do you use the most when demoing this recipe???I am trying to add more recipes into my demo repator... however..... I am not sure what is actually a good recipe to demo and what is just a...
Hey all, I didnt want to steal the previous thread about the warm nutty browines, but just have a small question..
I am demoing this on my next show and havent demo it before. Would you have the brownie batter already prepared and ready to pour? and the nuts and stuff already chopped? Oh also...
I have a show coming up at the end of this month where the host is a young, 22 year old male who loves to cook, never had a show before, never bought a product before but wants to not only buy the consultant kit because it's a steal but I suggested him having his own show and inviting friends...
I'm having a Grand Opening and I was wondering if it would be okay not to do a demo? I'll make the recipes and show the products and of course have info about the business opportunity (and show the DVD)...but, do I have to do a cookng demo?
Advice please:)
I have a host who wants the Tangy Brie at her show. She also has the fluted stone (still new in the box) but wants me to use it during the demo.
I do not own this stone so I have no idea what to make with it. I did borrow her stone to "try" it. I made the micro cake w/ frosting dropped into...
Hello all,
I am getting ready to sign and order my kit, but I am trying to get ready for my first show in the meantime.
I searched on this site and found some really nice demo run-throughs for specific recipes and shows. These have given me a great starting point.
I am in the process...
I have read several threads on here where people say that they don't do a demo...I was wondering how many of you have gone away from doing a demo and what kind of results you have seen. I was thinking about trying it but I want to know what other people think of it.
TIA
Yesterday I made the Jerk Chicken Nachos and found them to be very easy to make, and would demo perfectly. I have also tried the mini pesto pizzas and they were fairly easy too ( i would recommend pre-making the pesto though).
I would NEVER demo the new Chocolate Mint Silk Torte. My...
I am doing a chocolate bliss show next sunday.
We are making the brownies, but I told her that I would make a drink or something else.
Anyone know of any good chocolate drinks (besides the chocolatini's)?
Also, what can I demo in the 8" Executive Pan?
I want to push that cookware!!!
I got this from my upline last night. It is awesome. I just finished listening to the audio (amazing). I'm attaching this becuase it is too long to post - it the notes from the teleclass and the audio.

This is awesome - I got it from my upline last night and I just finished listening to the audio (amazing) and reading the notes. Lots of GREAT ideas!
I'm attaching this because it is too long to post and I though y'all would like to save it in your files. Hopefully the audio will work...
I am supposed to do the demo tonight and am worried about what to make. I have been asked to talk about the stainless steel and would like to make something. We always bring recipes to share but I would like to know those that attend the meeting could taste too. Help me to choose, Puhleeease...
Hi Everyone!
I am doing three live cooking demo's at our state fair - the first one being next Saturday!
For one of the shows all of the tools will be there and I bring the ingredients. I am restricted to one of 4 recipes. I'm going to do the Taffy Apple Pizza. I have to bake the cookie...
So I've been partying with friends and family since end of April, 11 shows so far, and I have this problem. Everyone loves the products when I demo them but noone buys them. They ooh and aah over the spinner and the saute pan but I haven't sold a single one yet. Same with the Mandoline. I...
