When you're coaching the hosts to hand out brochures to those who cannot attend, do you have them give their friends a deadline for ordering? (i.e. "Make sure you have all of the people you give catalogs turn in their orders before your party/within X amount of days after your party ends").
What do you guys do in your last host coaching call before the show to ensure the host calls and reminds her guests? My director tells her hosts that she is doing a scary spoon contest...any other ideas?
I'm sure there was a thread about this before, but I've ben looking and haven't found it. Who does in person host coaching? I made a deal with myself that I would do it for my next five shows. Any suggestions?
