I have a customer asking how to use the food chopper to basically grind flax. I doubt this can be done with anything in the PC arsenal, but I thought if anyone had ideas, it would be some of the culinary geniuses around here. My only thought re: the FC is to oil them up first, but they just seem...
I signed up in July and got my starter kit. Well - last week I dropped my food chopper and it broke. Is that something that would be covered under the warranty?? I didn't know if "acts of stupidity" were covered.

A friend of a host told me her food chopper wasn't working. I told her to show it to me next time I saw her, and I would order the replacement part. She brings me this thing that slightly resembles the pampered chef food chopper, but dosen't say Pampered Chef anywhere on it. It has...
I am looking for a blade gaurd that goes to the old style chopper for a customer. If anyone has one that they are willing to part with, please let me know the price. Thanks ;)
My Dear aunt saved this article for me from Good Houskeeping Mag. May 2005 edition! In their test -our chopper was the first on their list stating it chopped most evenly and it was comfortable to use followed by the Zyliss Comfort food chopper than the OXO mini chopper.
Just thougth I would...

I have a customer who is complaining of a smelly food chopper. She used it to chop onions and now can't get the smell off of it. Everything I have told her to try she says is not working. We tried baking soda and bleach water. Any ideas?
Can anyone tell me what the differences are? I had a guest at a show last week ask me that. I have never seen the old chopper so I couldn't answer the question.
Thanks
Patti
I have a customer whose "collar" of her chopper is cracked. Is there really no shipping on replacement parts? Also, does ANYONE have ANYIDEA if this will fit the older style of chopper? Thanks
I was never able to get my hands on the GH magazine (May 2005) review of food choppers. If anyone has it could you please scan and email to me, or upload it to the site.
Thank you so much, I apreciate the help!
I don't recall seeing an email from the Home Office, however the PC Food Chopper is rated the "top chopper" in the May edition of Good Housekeeping. The small article is on page 204. (Just another easy selling tool to use when talking about the chopper at shows!) :)
