So I have a customer who just purchased her food chopper a few weeks ago and it isn't rotating anymore.
Is this something fixable or will it need to be returned?
Thank you!!
A lady contacted me and said the food chopper she has had for a few years
(< 5) is broken but she doesn't have her receipt. Will PC fix or replace it w/o a receipt?
I was so excited to order myself a Salad Chopper after everything I've read about it, but I found it so hard to push. I literally had to use both hands to chop through romaine lettuce, and after I was done, my hands were definitely sore. I also tried it on chicken, but again, it was a two-handed...
I came across an older thread about a game called the Food Chopper feud. I have a show Monday night and the ladies are all eager to have a great night. The host has been talking up the DCB like crazy so we are doing the fajitas and margaritas. Lately I've been thinking that my shows haven't been...
I had a guest ask about this at a show. I don't have one, but I have seen the commercials. Like our Food Chopper is opens for cleaning. The problem is that they are selling them at $19.95 (and including a "Graty" which is like our garlic slicer but is a cheese grater for free -- and I've seen tv...
Is anyone having a problem with the spring coming off of the Salad Chopper? I have had two do this. The first time it happened, I wasn't even using the chopper, but was holding it up to talk about it; when I opened it up and started showing how it worked, the spring popped off.
I did an...
I have been doing the quick and easy fajitas and pineapple salsa for my shows lately and it has been a hit. However, my last show on Tuesday, the salad choppers did not work as well as before. Usually the salsa is almost liquid and the chicken is well shredded. There were still chunks left in...
I have to say I love my food chopper. However, I do find that there are certain things that this is absolutely NOT made for. Like for instance, goat cheese... it just gobbs up in there and gets stuck. I know that the blades dont seem to be very sharp, and according to other posts , there is...
ISO Food Chopper in NE OhioDoes anybody have a new food chopper I can borrow from your cash and carry?
I have a customer who needs it by June 29. I told them I'd try to get it by June 26. It will be submitted today, one way or another, but I know I am cutting it close.
I have almost enough...
I will be offering the dinnertime in no time set at my June shows. I saw several posts about people not liking them or wondering what to do with them so i decided to share what I have done with them. I had to buy them to show with the set so I have started using them at home to be able to talk...
So is there no shipping? I'm fulfilling an order for a customer and it appears there is no cost to ship the $7.50 Food Chopper collar to her - the total is like 8.25 or something with tax. Right??!
One of my guests has an older food chopper, she said she was using it the other night and the top came off, is there a way to get a new top for the food chopper? Like a website or something like that? It is older then the one I got in my kit 5 yrs ago so she has had it for awhile. She didnt seem...
So I was trying in vain to chop some fresh parsley with one of my knives. The leaves were flipping all over- couldn't keep them in a nice pile to save my soul (Basil is easier!). So I thought...wonder how the Food Chopper would do?
Darn if it didn't do a fantastic job in just a few...
A lady has a food chopper that is about 10 years old and the clear plastic piece broke and she is wondering if there is a way to get a new plastic piece. My question is would the one on the chopper now fit the chopper she has??
Has anyone bypassed the Core & More & Sankoku Knife in this recipe and used the Salad Chopper? Remember the past version of salsa we had using the Salad Chopper for guests to make salsa?
We did a show tonight & one of the guests is looking for the cap for the old style chopper. It is slightly smaller than our current one! If you have one, please let me know ASAP. We are going to close the show on Saturday. If I can't find a replacement part, she "might" add a new chopper to...
I have been going fast and furious with cooking shows lately. When I'm doing a show, I love to demo the food chopper for chopping onions. I find that everyone can relate to the terrible task...lol Now of course I always wash my tools (by hand) before I leave the show. Many times I just leave...
I have been asked twice in the past week if there is a replacement part or sharpener for the food chopper blades. Is there? I looked on the replacement parts list and did not see one, but apparently they have sold a sharpener in the past (or so I've been told).
at my party last night my food chopper was not working :(
its been giving me issues at home maybe you guys can tell me what I'm doing wrong.
Things keep getting stuck!!! for example at the show yesterday I was trying to chop apples and the whole piece just got stuck between the blades...
I had someone come up to me at the vendor event yesterday and ask me if there was a way to replace the bottom (rubber cap part) of the food chopper.
Is that a replacement part that I can order? how do I go about doing that?
Hi Everyone,
I am having a hard time cleaning the salad chopper. No matter how hard I try, chicken keeps getting stuck between the scissor and the plastic. How do you solve this problem? I used them to shred chicken.
Thanks!
Andrea
At my last show I was chopping the chicken for the jerk nachos and it was all getting stuck on top by the blade and it was super hard to get through the chicken almost like my blade is dull. Oh, and the chicken was cut into cubes before chopping it. I have only had it since march. Can I send it...
Hi, all.
A former host told me she needed a blade guard for her chopper, so I ordered her the current one. Well, she brought me her chopper and showed me it wouldn't fit, because she still has the old Zyliss model. First of all, I'm impressed that it has lasted this long. She's had it at...
