Do you all find that there is a better night than others to make customer care calls? I really want to knock some out tonight. I try to put myself in their shoes and think "do I want my phone ringing on a Sunday night?" What have you all found? Thanks, Michelle

It's actually against the law to make ANY kind of sales calls on Sundays...any sunday. The law is that it is ok on Mon-Sat from 8am-9pm and THAT'S it. You could get sued if someone was aware of this law. I used to work for call centers so that's why I'm telling ya.

Getting back on the customer care wagon here.... It went really well! I just focused on the customer care aspect, didn't push stuff unless I heard "red flags." Got myself a recruit lead and two booking leads. :) I just may keep this up. :rolleyes:
