Do you all find that there is a better night than others to make customer care calls? I really want to knock some out tonight. I try to put myself in their shoes and think "do I want my phone ringing on a Sunday night?"

I am breaking down my "I don't want to do MACs" barrier and need some opinions. I usually do shows on Fridays and Saturdays with a few Tuesdays thrown in. I have had a hard time getting in touch with people on Saturdays and Sunday is family day, so I do most of my calling during the week...

I'm not going to argue. But, I will say again...I feel everyone should do their own research to your state as the what the law states for your business BOOKING calls. Then, make your own...
It's actually against the law to make ANY kind of sales calls on Sundays...any sunday.
The law is that it is ok on Mon-Sat from 8am-9pm and THAT'S it.
You could get sued if someone was aware of this law.
I used to work for call centers so that's why I'm telling ya.

It went really well! I just focused on the customer care aspect, didn't push stuff unless I heard "red flags." Got myself a recruit lead and two booking leads. :)

Sometimes I have better luck getting a hold of people during the week, but I have a tough time getting to actually make the calls (9 to 5 job, 40 minute commute, dinner) because I feel its too late to call people. So, I was wondering, do you have any luck making calls on the weekend?
