My aunt just received her latest order, almost all the bamboo serving pieces! She ordered both platters, both bowls (already had the medium bowl), grinder stand, grinder set with stand, cracker tray and snack cups and carving board! But she just called to ask who she could email a suggestion...

So, what are you guys using the Large Bamboo Platte for? I just got my sample in, and I didn't realize just how *HUGE* it is! I can't think of anything really to use it for.... So, I'd love any suggestions. Thanks!

I used the BB's to sample new seasonings. Hand washed them and they still each smell like the Parm or tomato seasonings. I then let them soak for about an hour in soapy water. I can still smell the seasonings! Any ideas?
