I have a custome that had been to a show awhile ago and the consultant made a braid with apples and raisons. She said it was kind of like an apple pie but in the cresents. Does anyone know if this is a PC recipe? If it is do you know where I can find it?

Can the apple bread pudding be made in something other then the new covered baker? I was thinking about the 9x13 but it says it needs to be covered so I was wondering how to cover it any help would be appreciated I am planning on doing it tonght for a show

What did I do wrong? I followed the recipe EXCEPT I added 1-2 more apples. Well the caramel bubbled up and out of the pan and the *entire* crust stuck to the pan. Luckily it wasn't at a show! Did the extra apples really make the difference?

Since it says it needs an hour to cool is it something that could be done at a show? I would love to do it and show off the pie plate. I made an apple crisp last time and it was good but I wanted something a bit more WOW with the stoneware. If I made it beforehand I wouldn't get to show off...
