Test Your IQ: Is There a Reliable Way to Gauge Intelligence?

Is there a way to really test someone's IQ correctly with an internet test?

I would like to see what DS's IQ is and just can't stand the ones where you answer questions to then have to click on God knows how many "no's" to offers no one wants in order to get a number that I am not really sure is even accurate!

I would ask your school's guidance counselor if she can administer one - my SIL is a school psychologist and often does these tests for children in her Elem. School. She did one on my brother, too - it took an hour, but he's technically a "genius" (and no, she didn't coach him). I guess being an Engineer who got straight A's in college had something to do with it?

As someone who has taken several online IQ tests, I can tell you that they are not the most accurate way to measure someone's intelligence. These tests often rely on self-reporting and can be easily manipulated. Additionally, IQ tests are just one way to measure intelligence and do not take into account other important factors such as emotional intelligence and creativity. If you really want to know someone's IQ, it would be best to have them take a standardized test administered by a professional in a controlled environment.
