thank you!chefpenny99 said:Treadmills vary greatly in price depending on what kinds of "bells & whistles" you want. I got a fairly basic electric treadmill at Wal-mart for just over $200 last year.
Tanoi said:Hubby and I just discussed how I can buy a treadmill up here, since we don't have stores like Wal-Mart up here. There's only one in the gym that we have. I'm really wanting to get on one and walk a lot, but losing weight isn't my priority right now since I'm still preggo. After this baby is born, no more excuses for being big!

I found a set of her videos off of an informercial years ago, and I still use them. I see them in stores all the time, and I know I see them on Ebay as well.
Her old program had a 1, 2 or 3 mile "walk", but I have seen a 5 mile video as well. She really works your lower body, and also your upper body. I'm sweating like a stuck pig at the end of the 3 mile.
She's a Christian, and also has some videos that are overtly Christian in nature and music, but I haven't used one of those yet.
Her videos are the only one's I've ever purchased that I actually use, because they are fun, there is a variety, it works upper and lower body, and I don't get bored!
Good luck with whatever you choose!

I have had a bad week.... just need more raw veggies but can't drive. *sigh*. Ok, will be good for the rest of the day. I'm finding hot tea, and frozen (not dipped) bananas are helping me.
