Tonights show is at $87. Only a February Catalog show booking (she said she would "try" to collect $150).
I am praying my show next week will be better so I can snap out of this funk I am in.
It's been a difficult month for many of us, but we are all working hard and staying positive. We are here to support each other and push through the challenges.
The weather can definitely have an impact on our business, but we are finding ways to adapt and continue serving our customers. Our online sales have been strong, and we are also offering virtual parties to reach more people.
I am personally calling each member of my team this week to check in and offer support. We are also staying connected through our team's Facebook group and having regular virtual meetings.
I am doing well with shows, but I know it can be different for everyone. If anyone needs help or support with their shows, please don't hesitate to reach out to me or another team member.
If your team members are MIA, it's important to reach out and check on them. Let them know that you are here to support them and offer any help they may need. If they are consistently unresponsive, it may be best to have a one-on-one conversation to address any potential issues or concerns. Remember, communication is key in maintaining a successful team.
