Dear Tiffany,
Thank you for contacting The Pampered Chef. I am sorry you are having that experience. You may want to review this with your local Post Master. All of our Newsletters are sent as 1st class periodicals to be received the 1st weekend of the month. They is a slight chance that someone maybe "pre-screening" it for you.
What is "pre-screening"?
THAT is a load of BS! I would call and speak to a supervisor about it and report the person who sent it to you. Totally unacceptable response.ted122781 said:I sent an e-mail a week or 2 ago and this what was sent to me today?

I totally agree! If less than 1% of newsletters were delivered this late, then it could be considered a post office issue. But this? Geographically, members of this forum are probably a fairly representative sample of the consultant population at large, and pretty much only Directors got it on time.chefjeanine said:Keep those complaints coming! It is not a Post Office issue.
I was too.jrstephens said:I was SHOCKED when I got my April one LAST WEEK!!!
"Download Your March CN Now" is a feature offered by Pampered Chef that allows customers to access the latest issue of our monthly catalog, "The Celebrations and Seasons Collection", online instead of waiting for it to arrive in the mail.
To download your March CN, simply go to the Pampered Chef website and click on the "CN Now" tab. From there, you can enter your consultant ID and password to access the digital version of the catalog.
There could be a few reasons for not receiving your CN in the mail. It could be due to an incorrect address on file, delivery delays, or issues with the postal service. However, with "Download Your March CN Now", you no longer have to wait for the physical copy to arrive.
No, there is no extra cost for downloading your CN. This feature is included in your subscription to "The Celebrations and Seasons Collection" and is available to all Pampered Chef customers.
Yes, you can access previous issues of the CN through the digital download. Simply select the month and year you would like to view from the dropdown menu on the "CN Now" page.
