Working on the M's- big stack... might take me awhile. I know, I know. I DO individually send them. I make notes on each of my customers so that I can personalize each email. So I can ask Mary Elizabeth how her wedding planning is going, and I can ask Lorrie how her husband is doing after his surgery etc. It takes longer, but enforces loyalty and all that stuff... lol... and I really do get to know them pretty well this way.

Use your voice mommy. You know you have the firm- don't mess with me voice. OR- depending on the disposition of your girls you can give them the please be good to mommy when she is not feeling well. That works brilliantly on my boys. Manipulate them mommy- its your JOB.
