This morning, a lady showed up at my door to place an order. I met her at a fair in early July. She got my address off my business card and thought it was 'normal' to just show up? I thought it was weird but I placed her order anyhow.

I just hauled all the stuff out of my car from the fair this morning. My next show is on Friday. I will have time to wash everything and load it back up without too much stress or pressure.

Isn't October 12th the anniversary date for the first show? Wasn't there usually some kind of bonus if you submitted a show that day inthe past? I never did before because it is my sons birthday but I did this year- and wouldnt you guess- no bonus!! Maybe they will announce it late?

Wow...I can't say that I have ever had that happen...DON'T YOU HAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER ON IT!!! I would have thought that that was much more common than showing up...lol

LOL...I don't have to worry about that...when they all leave for lunch they forward the phone to their cell phone...that is fine with me...they are usually stupid calls during lunch anyway...

I usually go with them for lunch but it is too hot to bake at my house last night, so I brought my cake with me to work and I am baking it now...so that I can make a trifle tonight...we have 2 buildings...a garage and a small office building so I am sitting in the AC in the office and my cake is in the kitchen which is in the garage...it is very nice actually...

We have paid all the fees (over $15,000) and done all the paperwork, the medical, etc. Now we are just waiting waiting waiting for the government wheels to turn. We are hoping to have it before Christmas. Its been 2 years since we started the process.

That's funny b/c my 65 lb. boxer tries to sneak up on our bed in the middle of the night. If DH doesn't wake up, he makes it but the minute DH wakes up, he's off the bed.
