Can't get to the emerg until dh gets home from work in 2 hours. I have already called my students and cancelled my classes for the night. I am trying not to do too much aside from looking after the baby. It hurts a good bit anyhow and that prevents me from doing much. I really had hoped to get some of the nail and screw holes plastered in the kitchen today...

Ok, when you get back- I need my trusted stripper friends to tell me what recipe to do at my cluster dinner on Tuesday. I was thinking of borrowing a DCB and doing one of those. Have you tried one? How are they? Which do you recommend? For a dessert I was thinking just go with what works and do the warm nutty brownie thing. No one on my team has done enough shows to make me believe they have tried it yet.

IMHO, I have done the 10-minute pork tenderloin had my shows this month and everyone and I mean everyone loved it! It was quick, easy and delicious!! You just purchase an approx. 1 lb pork tenderloin, trim the meant of fat and the silver skin... rub veg oil and coat with sweet and smokey BBQ rub, fold the thinner part of the tenderloin so you have the approx same thickness, cover and put in the microwave for 6 mins, check temp, in for 2 more extra... It does take about 10 mins and let it rest. Recipe is on CC. Thats what I would do... HUGE hit for me. And the brownies, you can't go wrong there

Hi all,

Just finished submitting my show. Yes that was singular, the other two - well one said she wasn't ready and the other hasn't called back. I think she was expecting a lot more orders so I would rather her take some time to get a few more than close and think I wish I had more time.

Don't feel bad, Kim. I just submitted 2 of my 3 shows. I dont know if you remember the lady that was supposed to do a cooking show and cancelled last minute, lived an hour away, wanted 7 piece ss. Anyway, she said she would have the catty order to me within a few days... never happened so I called, she said by the end of the month.. I called her, never happened!!! I told her she has to get me the order my the end of October or she misses out. She is a consultant for another company so she knows basically how these things work. She is doing a show for my SIL Oct. 15th I think... I am going to go, she "says" she will definitely have it for me then, I've heard this before If it weren't for the possible sale of the cookware, I wouldn't go through the trouble!

I have done the chicken and the pork loin roast. They are very good. I did the Pork Loin for a small meeting at my house a couple months ago. Great way to test it. I used the jerk seasoning on it and it was very moist.

If you do the chicken make sure you put the seasoning under the skin. I did it once and when I took the skin off it didn't taste as flavorful as I would have liked. If you like the skin then no problem. (I know, um duh, you peel the skin off and if you seasoned that then the seasoning is gone). The next time I put seasoning under the skin and put some lemon slices under the skin and in the cavity.

I don't know about micro chicken, but when I bake a whole chicken in the DCB, I put cut up apples and onions in the cavity of the chicken.
