these are likely ready to print months in advance, other than a few pages for recogniton.
and if the last promotion didnt get the results they wanted it cud be a last minute thing
im sure pc has growth expectations every year like every other company out there and if they are falling behind they'll want something to boost it.

home interiors right now is $126 to sign(in canada) b/c they are not getting the growth they want
