friday said:Are you KIDDING ME? The old time stripper thread people all get slammed to the point of cyber bruising, and THIS thread comes up, and its getting cheers. I am a heartbeat away from disco'ing this whole place. The double standard here is tremendous. I suppose this girl is one of the "clique" and thats why no one has put a stop to it?
friday said:what number do I get a colour at?
merego said:isn't it 5000? I am not 100% sure on that one though.

Looks like this thread is all about the Post Sluts!!! teheheh!
# How do I get a star under my name? Keep posting! The stars are rewards for posting. You get an outline, or "stripper" star at 1,000 posts, I think you get a yellow star at 2,000, pink at 3,000 and blue at 5,000. There is a multi-color star awarded at 10,000 posts and, as of this posting, only chefann has that one.

etteluap70PC said:I also feel I need to say something... As one who did feel bad for the way some of you were treated on that "other thread" the reason people got ticked was because of the 1 word posts and nothing posts. It gets old after a while. I feel there is nothing wrong with focusing on your count as long as it is semi productive. I admit I have done it a bit at times but it never gets me anywhere because the requirements keep changing.
So.... slam away if you want... I'm off to cruise the boards...
Kitchen Diva said:I wasn't here when that happened...thankfully. But there are some posts where really only one word sums up what I am trying to say. I try to be as wordy as possible and although it's so fun to see how many posts you've had or what color your star is, in the grand scheme of things who cares?!? We are just a group of people having fun, sharing ideas, life stories, trials, victories, recipes, and our dislike for Rachael Ray... LOL
BTW- how is the weather up in your neck of our MN woods? Did you guys get the terrible storms we got last night?

The key to reaching 500 posts by Sunday is to be consistent and actively engage with the community. Try setting a goal for yourself to post a certain number of times each day and make sure to interact with other members' posts as well.
While it may be challenging, it is definitely possible to reach 500 posts by Sunday. Just make sure to stay active on the forum and participate in discussions regularly.
Unfortunately, the ribbons for reaching 500 posts are only given out to members who reach that milestone during Wave 2. However, reaching 500 posts is still a great achievement and something to be proud of!
You can easily track your post count by looking at your profile or by using the search function to find all of your posts. Keep in mind that some sections of the forum, such as the Off Topic section, do not count towards your post count.
While there may not be a physical reward for reaching 500 posts, the sense of accomplishment and the connections you make with other members on the forum are valuable rewards in themselves.
