I just had a new consultant join my team tonight - I'm so excited! Hopefully I can have everything in place for the new plan soon. Right now I have 1 SC and 4 C who are 'fairly' active. I think they will all be active this month and if I can get one more of them to promote to SC I should be paid as a D!!!!

Now, to get my team to expand and to get them all to recruit....
