I just had a host request this, I've never made it.

Can you/do you use the white bulb part of a green onion? I always thought that you only use the greens. I just want to make sure so I look like I know what I am doing!!

I noticed in the refrigerated dough section at the store had Pillsbury Crescent Rolls that come already in one flat rectangle. This is instead of having to pinch all the seams together for recipes like Club House Chicken Squares. Thought I would share this, I haven't tried them but plan on it...

What does everyone else do regarding the cheese for this recipe?
I use the UM (and love it) to grate the cheddar cheese for my other recipes - but those all go in the oven.
This one is cold - and freshly grated cheddar cheese tends to be clumpy and I am not sure how it would be on this...
