Has anyone made the chocolate chunk skillet cookes in the family size (12") skillet? Did you need to adjust the recipe at all? How did they turn out? The recipe calls for the 10" skillet, but all I have is the family size.
I went to the store last night to get the ingredients to try this recipe. I found everything but the toasted sesame oil. Has anyone ever used this before? I never have. I looked with the vegetable oil and other cooking oils and couldn't find it.
I am wanting to demo the 12" Skillet in August to get some interest in the Sept. Special.
Any good recipe demos out there? I do have a burner I can use infront of the crowd...
I need help I have a half-priced option or FPV froma show to use. Which do you find the most versatile. I like the idea of the panini's and the tortatinis but the skillet cakes look good too. The only piece of cookware I have is a small saute pan
What should I get???? In a perfect world...
For those of you who have made the Chocolate-Strawberry Skillet Cake, do you know what cookbook this came from? Or, how it's supposed to look after it's made? I'd really like to see a picture of the finished product.

I have a customer who purchased the family skillet. She returned it to me complaining that when she pours oil into the pan and uses it to fry the oil goes to the side of the pan.

Has anyone tried making a smaller version in the 8" saute pan? That is the only piece of cookware I have & I would really like to show it off. For my show tonight I am making the clubhouse chicken squares. I would like to have the dessert in the oven while I am doing my demo. I was thinking...
Tonight my husband pointed out that our catalogs refer to a skillet as a saute pan, and vice versa. I never thought about it before, but I verified it in multiple places online and in my library of cookbooks, and he is correct.
Here's one definition for skillet, which is similar to ALL the...
We are purging our kitchen cabinets tonight and I have a barely-used Generation 2 Stir Fry Skillet here - but I also have an Executive one...so I don't need the Generation 2 one. It retailed for $59.50 and is barely used. I can probably get it in one of those One-Price Priority mailing boxes for...
Okay, I'm looking for suggestions for January recipes. I have the family skillet but no other cookware so soup isn't really an option and I want something healthier and low-cal. Thanks for suggestions...BEE
I bake frequently in my Executive skillet and have recently noticed that the silicone handle has softened and actually twists around the metal part of the handle. This is really bothering me--has anyone else had this happen? Is it the heat from the oven that has done this? I think I'm going...
I've made the pineapple upside down cake but thats pretty much done before the guests arrive. I waited a few minutes for it to cool and then inverted it. I'm assuming I do the same w/ the skillet cake? Then I apply the chocolate/caramel while its still hot? Then chop the nuts and add the...
