I have a customer who wants to ship product directly to Guam. Being Sunday, and that I can not find anything specific on CC, I thought I would ask my fellow cheffers this. What does she need, if she can, to ship direct to Guam??? I really would like to be able to tell her we can of course but...

Does anyone know if the free trueky gc is in the host's name? Also I understand they are mailing it separately. This could cause some grief as a lot of my hosts shipping address are not their mailing address!

I saw that the catalog insert is available online (I attached below). Do any of the HWC items taht are ordered online cout towards a show total? If I were to take orders for the HWC items, how much would shipping be to have them all ship to the host? Would it be the direct shipping cost?

I noticed that the outside order forms for september show shipping as $4.75 Did I miss this communication about the shipping prices going up? Man.. I have tons of order forms that say $4.50.
