It just isn't cooking the rice in the time frame. I have checked the seals, it is all set up right. but when the time ends at the 50% power, it is still full of water and the rice is not cooked. then if I cook it at full power, it is just mush. When i first got it, it worked...

Has anyone heard of the rice cookers COMPLETELY melting in a microwave? I had a lady bring me a melted chunk today to church. The top looks just fine around the edges but the bottom melted to about 1 1/2 inches tall! The top under the handle is melted to the shape of the rice in the cooker...

I'm sure that many of you have already figured this out, but I wanted to post it anyway! The small colander from the colander/bowl set fits perfectly over the Rice Cooker Plus. It's like they were designed to work together. It fits as well as it does on the bowl. I don't know why this is so...

I have a friend who is allergic to wheat and corn products. I was able to substitute rice flour instead of regular wheat based flour for the puffs. They turned out great! My husband liked the regular ones better, but my friend was very pleased! She doesn't get a big variety of desserts...
