What is recruits: Definition and 160 Discussions

I know when I signed on in May, I was able to get the new Spring/Summer product samples. So, if I have a recruit this month or November, do they get to purchase the new fall product samples?

Anyone know what the US record is of first line recruits in one month? My team has 4 already for September with 2-3 more coming in this week!! I know in Canada, it's probably quite a bit less but I'd still like to know.
