Someone contacted me via my Tasty Tidbits site and is looking for the old style that was discontinued. I'll be happy to pass him along to someone who can help him... he's not one of my personal customers.
 Does anyone have the use and care card for the old wine bottle opener? I, of course, had a lady come up to me today and said she and her husband could not figure out the wine bottle opener she purchased. I tried the PC website but they have already switched to the new one. Any help...
I have a buyer that bought a can opener and can't figure out how to get it to work right. Since I don't have one yet I don't know any tips to give her. Are there any secrets to getting it to work??
Thanks,
Jessica
Okay, at one of my PC parties one of the men at my party was loving our can opener until I opened the can......as I am sure all of you have noticed that the opener cuts "through" the seal exposing the glue on the can! He screamed like a girl "what is all of that nasty stuff? omg, it's the glue...
I don't have this product but a past host and guest asked if there was a special way to use it, as she says it's not like an ordinary opener and is having problems with it? Any tips or suggestions that I can pass onto her would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
Can you sharpen the can opener? Guest has one that's about ten years old that isn't working anymore. She would rather sharpen than buy another one. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Am I correct in telling my customers that the can opener does not CUT the can, it opens it where the seal is? The catalog says, "This can opener cuts below the can edge, leaving no sharp edges!"!!!
I never noticed that before until I was raving about it at my last show and my hostess said...
A guest asked how to get the bottle top out of the container of the easy opener. I don't have one so can't help her. Any suggestions.
(This is the guest I made the "mistake" of calling to see if everything was all right with her order and now I'm her personal "solve all PC products." I'm...
I have a friend who has a "very old" smooth edge can opener, she says it is skipping and is wondering if there is any way to sharpen it? My original can opener cracked on the side, so the one I have is relativly new. Luckily when that happened it was still covered by the guarantee. Does anyone...
I had potential customer ask me about the smooth edge can opener. She bought it 4 years ago so the warranty is up. She asked if there was any way to sharpen the blade. Does anyone know if this is possible?
At my last show, I asked the hostess not to open the 2 liter sodas she had or the jar of salsa she was going to add to the food at the show. I told her that later on in the show I would demo the easy opener and open them for her. As I was getting ready to start the show, she came up to me and...
Has anyone figured out how we can take advantage of the Guest Special for October? I am placing a personal order of $75.00 (out of pocket after my discounts) and have been unable to add the Jar Opener to my order (G106). I remember reading a couple of weeks ago someone else was having this...
I got this idea in the middle of the night last night when I couldn't sleep and wanted to know opinions on it.
After thanking the host for having me there and giving her a Season's Best, I then have all the guests introduce themselves. I want to have them tell their name, why they came, and...
My husband thought of another use for the Hot Pad Trivet. It can also be used as a jar lid opener. Some of you may have already thought of this, but if not==give it a try. Could be another selling point for the Trivets.
[ Help I bought a product several several years ago. It was a under the counter jar opener. Does pampered chef sstill have that product? Please contact me directly at [email protected]
After reveiwing a message that my director sent me on one liners. I decided that I would use the one about the can opener.
On a Index card I printed out
Side One
"Okay, this is the 'adults only' portion of my show -- close your ears if you don't want to here it."
Side Two...
The can opener is one of my favorite products.
Yes, I have had to make house calls to show it, but it is awesome. I always make a joke that it does come with picture instructions (for the men). I had a little old lady tell me at show once how much she loved it. She said before she got it, she...
I really like the wine bottle opener and have sold several. Here's how I
teach people to use it. To remove foil: pinch the foil cutter over the
top of the bottle with one hand and turn the bottle with the other. After
removing foil hold the opener firmly at the base with thumb...
