I know this was discussed way back in January but how does everyone handle sending out their monthly newsletter and/or specials? I got in trouble a couple of months ago for locking up the server of my provider. I have now narrowed my groups but it is so tedious sending them out one at a time...
Does anyone here do monthly drawings for their hosts and guests? I think I ready something about it on one of the threads. Anyway, I'm thinking aobut doing it, but can't decide how to work it. Should I just enter hosts and guests from that month, or should I also include anyone new who asks...
When I book a catalog show, is the ONLY difference the $15 in free product (ingredient reimbursement)?
Do you catalog hosts and guests have access to host/guest specials? What about HWC products?

So I put these up on Sat in a couple of little stores I have around my town and I already have 3 booked shows from it!! I'm going to do this every month!! :D
How long is a monthly special valid on orders? How long after the month the special ran can we turn in a show with orders collected that month?

On Saturday I got a call from a lady in my area (that I don't even know) who said her PC consultant for a show on SUNDAY had to cancel because she had the flu, could I cover for her? Well, I did.

For every $80 (cdn) spent, the guest gets the monthly special. So if the customer spends $170 (cdn) can they get two of the monthly specials or just the one? I think its two, but I wan't sure.

I hope someone can answer this for me:( . When we do a fundraiser, does that commissionable sales amount go towards the monthly sales amount that determines our commission rate (I know, huh?) Here's what I mean:
Let's say I have a $1000 fundraiser - I get 17% commission...

HI everyone! I need help fast. I am submitting a show and I saw down at the bottom of the submission information a row that says MONTHLY BONUS.....what does this mean?
I have a past host and I am trying to order the monthly host special for her on a show that was booked from hers. It won't let me. What is the problem? It just says the monthly host special is for hosts, co hosts and show bookings.
I do a monthly ad in a newsletter. I pay for 1/4 page, so this might be a bit small for some, but I thought I'd post it anyway in case someone can use it.

Does anyone have a letter that can be sent to a past host and guest reminding them the 6 month deadline is approaching so that they don't miss out on the monthly special? Or where I can find one? Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
