HELP! I'm having a brain freeze and can't think how to word this letter. I need to create a "thanks, but no thanks" letter to send to people that we are not interested in persuing for an opening we have at work... I'm usually really good at writing letters, but can't think of anything today...

What do you send with your reciepts? I sent a thank you letter but I didn't think it was the greatest ever. So does anyone have any tips?? Thanks Erica
