What is july: Definition and 200 Discussions

I had no shows in June and so far none in July - HELP!!! I want to send an email out to my mailing list asking them to help me earn the July items, but I don't know how to say it without sounding like I'm begging. I'm planning on doing a follow-up call, but I need something to email first...

am i correct in thinking that i can submit a JUNE show...on July 1st....and the host can get the JUNE host program incentive.....but the sheet pans would be available ? I know the submission date for the show itself would be a June date..
