My director wants me to train the OLD way...postcards and hosts mail them.
I send out the mini catalog & an invite, I pay the postage for my hosts..
Since I do it this way it makes it very confusing to train a newbie.
Input please.....

For those who have been doing the mini catalog invites with a postcard or full-page invite (or for anyone who wants to respond), are you going to use the new labels on CC? Are you going to use the label in place of your full-page or postcard invite and just send the mini in an envelope with the...

I took the teleclass on PWS Savvy, but it was more on basics. So, I have many questions :
1) I was hoping to learn how to modify the titles and pics on evites. I know that we can customize emails and save them, but how can we individually customize for each host?
2) Can we send...
My baby is turning 4!! I am planning to do a pool party for him in June, but wanted to make the invitations myself and put his picture on them...anyone have any creative ideas on how to do this?
Has anyone mailed out Bridal Invitations and included the mini catalog?
Does this take more than one stamp?
Do you think it's tacky to mail the mini with the invitation?
those of you who send the mini catalogs as the invites... you still send the invite with show info on it or do you print out something else with the show info on it? If the first is the case, what do you put on the right side where normally the guest address would go?
I'm sending some today...
I went to the local HO training and one thing she suggested was this: Don't ask for bookings. Instead, offer a service of teaching people how to cook on a budget. She said have the host ask guests to bring a recipe with five ingredients or less. Then, when have each one come up and choose a...
For the first time, I have a host who has e-mail addresses for all of her invited guests. She has done a good job with going on my website and entering in all the information. I am wondering though if I should just send "e-invites" via my website or if I should send physical invites as...
I've just started filling out the invites for hosts...do you put the hosts' phone & email, or yours, or both?
What do you find is appropriate & effective?
