I'm looking to change up my host coaching and supplement the 3 call method...who sends postcards/mailers/emails periodically to your hosts?
When do you send them?
What do they say?
And do you notice a difference in your attendance/show average?
Thanks!

I was thinking of offering a birthday special for my past hosts during the month of their birthday. Do any of you do this? If so, what do you offer them? A % discount, free shipping, etc? Maybe I'm being too generous. Maybe just a card would suffice. What's your opinion?

I've been searching through the files and I give up. I am looking to see if anyone has a letter/instructions that you include when you send the host the guest receipts? When I hosted my first (and only) PC show a year and a half ago, the Consultant had this great letter that she included with...
