I have a "Cooking with Kids" show this week. The kids are about 9 years old. So they are old enough to do most stuff. But not having kids that age yet, I am not sure what a good recipe would be, or what kind of activities to do for them. Any suggestions?
I am having an open house next week for the Fall Preview. It is going to be a Come and Go type thing. The problem is, I'm having trouble thinking of what to do to keep things fun and moving along. I don't want to start some big long presentation if some people were only planning to stay for a...

Anyone go and stand in line last night to get their book besides me? I have never gone to stand in line for anything, but since it was the last book I decided "why not?" It was kind of fun. The people around me were nice and we all talked. I had gotten to Walmart early and got my bracelet to...
I tried a take off from the Debi Lilly demo for a Bridal Shower I had on Monday... I didn't get enough things in my trifle bowl but this was the day after I came home from NC and had to whip things together. I added a cookbook and a couple things to it when I got there. I had the little...
Last night I had the pleasure to meet the Cheffers at the MnG! Since I've still so very new to PC (going on my 3rd week), it was wonderful to see the comraderie, support and smiles all around. I'm happy to have gone, even for a short while, and the Cheffers really are a welcoming group!

I had a three day fair this weekend at the Portland Historic Races. I had a blast seeing all the classic cars racing. However, the crowd wasn't as big as promised and a lot of the vendors were extemely dissapointed. I was a little too since I didn't make my fee back, however, lead wise I have...
My kids were getting bored of the same old same old lunch -- so since they are big fans of buffets, I made a buffet lunch for them the other day.
I made one grilled cheese quesadilla & cut it into wedges - arranged it on a plate w/fresh blueberries & raspberries
Turkey roll-ups speared...
Help...I am a new consultant doing a salad themed show on Friday night. Any suggestions for recipes that would use a good number of tools including the spinner? Also, had anyone done the "pass around the batter bowl" and make salsa with the new salad chopper? I would like to try it and heard...
I was feeling a little creative today and thought that I would spice up my cards... Just thought that I would share! And don't feel bad if you don't like it...lol
 Ok, I am doing this thing in our town called Frieman Family Thursdays. I have already contacted the health dept for a question about having icing and graham crackers in the decorative bottle sets for kids to play with. So, if I am not able to have FOOD, I have decided to make home...

I found this from a friend. It's pretty easy, takes a little bit of time (about 15-25 minutes), but is a cool way of learning more about yourself... Check out this personalily test: http://www.personaldna.com/

So I went to see Ilene Meckley last week. She was fabulous -- I just love the word choices she makes when speaking to customers, recruits, and new contacts.
One of her major focuses was how to make your buisness work alongside of your family. This was big for me because I have a hard time...
I just came home from a really disappointing show and decided to come up with a booking flyer to promote bookings in June and July. Tell me what you think.
Pampered Val and I are planning (and executing) most of our cluster meeting this month, since the directors went to Atlantis, we helped share the load. It was a great chance for us future directors to see what it is like to plan a meeting. Anyway, we have several things planned that should mix...
