I've made the pineapple upside down cake but thats pretty much done before the guests arrive. I waited a few minutes for it to cool and then inverted it. I'm assuming I do the same w/ the skillet cake? Then I apply the chocolate/caramel while its still hot? Then chop the nuts and add the...
Someone asked me if I could demo a fudge recipe.
Many have told me of one that is done in the microwave. Also heard of "cake icing" fudge....
Any recipes would really help me. Thanks!
I'm doing this recipe in a little bit to take to a show... and I'm scared of it not flopping out the way I want it to during my demo. I'm not the most graceful person in the world. Any tips/tricks I should know to make it go smoothly?
LOL
Hi all,
When you make this cake, do you invert it onto a platter? Could you just leave it in the skillet and pour all the stuff on top, like with the molten brownie?
I don't think I have a platter big enough to invert it onto!
Thanks,
Rachel
I am trying to get some new leads for business and I thought about trying to get in with some realtors. I know they get TONS of info from businesses trying to market gifts for their clients. I am going to make some easy fudge and wrap it in tulle (after I put in in a baggie of course!) with my...
Hi, I have my very first show Tuesday night and am trying to decide what to make! I was going to make the Garden Veg. Pizza, but I made one and my friend didn't really like it that much. I may have about 25 people there and am a nervous wreck!!! If you have any suggestions for other recipes I...
I had a quick question if anyone knows - I am having another Desperate Housewives show tonight and the host just called and asked me about the two step fudge for tonight. I could have sworn on here that I read you can use the EAD. If I do use the EAD - how long will it take to chill? I don't...
I have a show in Febuary and the host is wanting an old recipe that she had years ago. She advised it was Fudge made in the microwave in the small bar pan. It starts with frosting and you add chocolate chips and microwave for just a bit.. let it stand and it was the best fudge she has ever had...
Just had to share what I did with the fudge. I went to michaels and bought small white candy boxes, christmas themed mini muffin liners and 1inch wide christmas ribbon. I made the fudge and squeezed a cute rosette into each muffin liner and then topped it off with a nut. I put 12 in each box (6...
I am making the Turtle Fudge Skillet cake for my show on Friday night. Well there may be up to 18 people there. Will that be enough? She hostess was going to put out a few munchies too, so will that be enough you think? I've never had a show so big.
Hello,
I need someone who can post these 2 recipes. I have my 3rd show this weekend, and the host wants me to email her the ingredients of these 2 recipes.

I'm looking for the two-step easy fudge recipe - the one that can be used with the EAD. I tried to do a search for it, because I was sure I had seen it on here, but couldn't find it. If any one has it - please let me know. I know it's pretty simple. Just chocolate chips and frosting, I...
