I have a host next weekend who wants me to make a fruit salad in the trifle bowl. For anyone who has done this before, did you use fresh, frozen, canned or a combo of all 3 for this? She wants something low fat because most of the guests count all their calories. Also, would you demo this or...

My mom just brought over three bags of dried fruit....mixed berries, mango and cherries. The only thing I've ever used is dried cranberries, in stuffing. Does anyone have any good recipes that you have to use dried fruit in???? I'd hate for them to go to waste! Thanks for your help!:)
I know I have heard of fruit dip recipes that require only sour cream, brown sugar and something else (vanilla maybe?). Does anyone know what I am talking about and have a recipe I can use for tomorrow morning? Thanks!

Has anyone made the Cool Calypso Fruit Dip? I can't remember where I picked up the recipe from and all I have are the ingredients. Sour cream, marshmello creme and a lime. I'm not sure exactly what I'm suppose to do with the lime. Add the juice, if so how much? :o
Thanks in advance.

Thanks.
