I just found mine and was wondering if I need to load it or is it one that I just put in when I need a form. I haven't even taken it out of it's sleeve yet. TIA.

Does anyone have a copy of upcoming months revised order forms? The one on the PC website figures in the tax before the shipping, and I would like to print some out with the tax applied to the shipping. There is only one copy on this websites files and there isn't any tax line on it at all.

Question....do you keep every show order form forever, keep them for a little while or do you promptly shred them? I'm kinda wondering what I should do. We have to enter all the information anyway in P3. Thanks! I'm trying to get organized......

Anyone know when they'll be available online? And isn't this EXTREMELY late for them to be made available? I've called Support, I've emailed them and I've emailed websupport and noone seems to know anything! WTH?!! I've given out two packages for early March with no order forms and now...

Ok, I've seen the order forms and I HATE them all. Is there any rule that we have to use those?? Since I have a computer, I plan to print off receipts. My biggest complaint is neither of them will fit in my lapboards. :rolleyes:

Can someone explain how these work. I got some forms for this in my starter pack along with a sample of one. Do I fill out the information in the form and then mail it to the the HO and the gift certificate is then sent to them??
